A very practical location. No frills but everything is clean and well taken care of. The staff is very helpful and flexible. The round bed was a surprise but it literally made the experience less square. Overall a good value for money. Not very easy to find for the first time, particularly if you arrive after dark. No proper breakfast included but one doesn't need to go far for it.

Wonderful location in Trastevere away from the hustle and bustle. Luigi and Aziyade extremely helpful even dropping me at the station when we couldn't get on to a taxi. Room was quirky but totally comfortable. Walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper you may hear your neighbours. Mine was a snorer! I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Excellent experience, the staff were very helpful in providing recommendations and information. Also the hotel was in a great area, walkable to all the major sites but not too busy with lots of restaurants and bars near us.

Our Honeymoon

Let me start out by saying Luigi you are by far the best host ever! Your kind and a good honest person. I was so scared because we never stayed at a bed and breakfast place and trust me this place is perfect! Clean modern, just enogh space. Only thing they do need better pillows super flat. Luigi a host like yourself That’s hard to find these days. He’s very helpful even called the airport about our lost luggage for 3 days, helped my husband take luggage down .The location is perfect just a street crossing to the trastevere nightlife filled with bars restaurants and gelato. Beware of tourist trap restaurants, check trip advisor reviews one restaurant got us good! They had horrible service horrible food but seemed fancy as they are located right in center by fountain do not eat there. Ok so I did so much research and reviews helped me so much so here’s few tips. 1. Times traffic is horrific probably worse then New York do not rent a car. Easy accessible by train or walking. Colosseum was a 30 min walk which we didn’t mind walking there, Vatican is far took a taxi. Train is cheap but crowded and lots of poker pickers!!! Taxi scammers all around first day there this young kid fooled us told us Meter not working and he charged us 25 euro for A mile ride! Once we started arguing with him he acted he doesn’t speak English! It’s illegal to do that so don’t let anyone scam you! Once they use meter taxis come out cheap, 6 Euro one way to Vatican. Buy the colosseum ticket at the palatine hill entrance and buy the one for all 3 forum and colosseum, the lines to Colosseum and super long! Vatican buy the skip the line or fast entrance ticket you will wait very long worth the extra 30 euro!!! Best advice I read online. If you are going to Sorrento be prepared the first train there to Napoli Centrale is amazing, the second one was the worst nightmare it’s like a train station in Chicago or New York but smaller packed with tourists and locals most of the time only 1 train goes there so almost impossible to get on the train.if you can avoid it spate yourself. This was a nightmare especially with luggage. Due to being overpacked and literally everyone on top of each other unable to get through lots ot phones and wallets stolen. Call your hotel from Sorrento or use seahorse personal driver it’s 50 euro to get you to your hotel, but it’s worth the 4 miserable hours spend on a train station and standing over an hour to get to Sorrento also they will drop you off to your hotel directly.

I completely recommend WRH Trastevere. Aziyade is an incredibly helpful and caring host and the hotel is in the best part of Rome. Trastevere is a great neighbourhood and my room was quiet even though it was in a very central part of Trastevere. I suggest booking via their website for the best price. I totally loved staying here and will definitely stay again if I’m lucky enough to return to Rome. Thank you so much Aziyade.
