Good location Good staff Excellent buffet breakfast Standard size room (Premier triple bed) with amenities Nice and regularly cleaned bathroom No view of KL tower from room 🙂 Walls are thin..you can hear others talking or using washroom

Found this to be very comfortable hotel with nice enough staff and facilities in a good location. The pool and bar had great views but the bar was only open until 10pm. If using the pool, there's complementary towels just off the pool. Breakfast is good and as the hotel caters for a lot of asian/indian/chinese guests it is very much varied. But theres toast, eggs, pastries, cereals, fruit etc for those looking for a more european breakfast. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily but there always seemed to be an issue with getting into the room with the keycards. Would take 4 or 5 attempts to finally get door open and noticed we weren't the only ones..

We stayed 4 nights at Verdant Hill Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Our room was on the 18th floor and was very good and comfortable. We had a king bed, room size was good, 2-3 waters each day. The hotel was close to restaurants and the Jalon Alor Night Market, 10 minutes walk. You need a taxi to see the main attractions. The infinity pool on the 6th floor was great, but only 5 lounges so they should have more. There is no view from the room and the TV did not have much. Breakfast was not that great, quite a few choices, nothing special, but adequate. The front desk staff was always helpful and friendly, they called taxis for us on more than one occasion. I would recommend this hotel.

I can only recommend this hotel. Top location, great breakfast, clean rooms. The most important thing, however, is how good and pleasant the staff is when problems arise, looking for solutions and compensating the customer in such cases. Very strong crisis management and customer service, especially from Mr. Maheswaran. This was my second time staying at the Verdant Hill Hotel and a few "problems" arose. However, Mr. Mahes solved the problems so professionally, like from a university textbook (customer management), that I was really surprised. This gentleman really stands out and people like him are very hard to find these days. So I also have to praise the HR department, you have made a great "catch" with Mr. Mahes. In Germany, hotels would fight over him.

Great hotel in every way. Strong shower pressure, comfy bed, fabulous buffet breakfast included in the price. manager was good, he personally came and put new batteries in our door so the card worked for entry. good location close to Jalan Alor Street and massage street. Air conditioned worked well and the pool was great also.
