Rooms very shabby and damp feeling with a persistent musty smell. Food average and limited selection after staying for 10 days. Very loud noise from within the hotel and around. Many of the staff do try but lack in training and/or motivation. I am writing this while waiting for a car to take me to a meeting that I will now be late for because checkout took 30 minutes. There was not so much as a sorry let alone a thank you and goodbye from the harassed reception staff. I will give the Turyaa a miss next time sadly

Had a business meeting held at Turyaa for 3 days and got a great service done by Anthony, Chakravarthi and Parthiban. They were very helpful throughout our stay and made it easy for us. Thank you so much for such an amazing service. I will suggest this as a good place in Chennai.

Very good spread of breakfast and dinner buffet, Reception staffs were polite and helpful, Housekeeping Manager Mohanraj was actually supportive. Team at the dine area were also good in helping guests. Special mention Manikandan, Porismota were really good in helping.

It is never a good experience coming to Turyaa. I waited for check in for 15 minutes.The reception team called for a girl from behind called Sakshi, who came out yawning. After staying in this hotel past two years I was as usual again asked for an ID. Told her to check the records and she still argued . I was signing the reg card, saw the room type as twin and asked for a king bed. She yet again argued that the package includes only twin and I will not get king. She prints the email and confirmation letter to show me as proof. After constant arguing, her colleague had to step in and tell me the hotel is sold out so I have a twin room. When I asked for a feedback portal, she screams for another colleague from the back office. He comes out and says we have king bed and let me upgrade you. I will NEVER recommend this hotel. Never had such bad experience everytime I check in. As a corporate tie up, will have to re think our decision of being associated with Turyaa.

Amazing food, good ambience friendly staff , good hospitality and over all good experience, we went late at night 1 hour before kitchen closes but the food was still fresh and tasty, the terrace seating is pretty with a good view even if you dine indoor
