We visited the resort on our two day stay from 21-23rd May,24. We really enjoyed the quality of service provided. With an expansive property consisting of green gardens, pool and dining area, the resort did not fail to impress us. The pool lighting in the evening was very nice. The staff always had a cheery face. The dining service was very good too. We had breakfast and dinner. It had an elaborate menu and each dish had a unique taste. The hosts, Mr. Roshan and Mr. Pradeep and their team of young trainees, Angad and Santosh, to name a few, provided us with the best of service and hospitality. - Sonu Agarwal and Rahul Varshney (from Lucknow)

We visited this property in May this year while on our Agra trip.We were staying in the Oberoi Amarvilas,the property of the same group and wanted to come and explore trident as well,as we heard about their herb gardens.Oberoi gave us free transportation to trident(located few kms from it)and informed them in advance about our arrival.We were warmly greeted upon arrival and the gm came to meet us and gave a personalised tour of the property himself.He was a nice and friendly person and was with us for the entire span of the tour.The property is very reasonably priced,at approx 4k plus tax for a basic room and goes upto 15k for a suite.They have only 2 suites in the property.But the rooms are spacious (400 sq ft ) and when coupled with the oberoi standard of service,they offer tremendous value for money at this price point.They have either garden view or pool view rooms.We saw both of them and both the views were nice,one offering pristine views of the widespread greenery of the well maintained gardens of the property and another offered the view of the main swimming pool which is located at the centre of the property.It is designed like a resort,with rooms spread out all across and in the centre there is the pool and some fountains and lawns.Overall it gives a picturesque view.Ie for people who have less budget can come here.Some rooms also have a courtyard like extension,which offer a seating area in the garden accessible from the room.The property has one restaurant and a bar both of which we were shown.The staffs we came across were very well behaved and everyone greeted us as they passed across us.We were first shown a room with pool view,then a room with garden view and then those with courtyards.We found them spacious and good value for money on the price they were offered.Then the gm took us to the indoor play area for kids.It is like tent situated in the lawns with complimentary games for children.A nice small setup very helpful for families with children.They also have a good outdoor space for playing outdoor games.Then we went to their herb garden.It was very expensive,spread across vast acres of land with many herbs,spices,and vegetables grown indegeously and the produces then used in the restaurant of the hotel.They also have some in house ducks and a separate shelter for them inside the herb garden.they also do duck feeding session for guests we were told.We went to see the swans and my wife fed them from her hand and it was a lovely experience.The property has lush greenery and is a very good place for morning and evening walks and for enjoying nature while being inside the main city area.Also the outdoor areas,gardens and lawns were very well maintained.Not a single tree was out of place.This shows the gardeners are who work in the property.Then we went to see their suite room which is only one in number.It had a separate living room and bedroom and 2 washroom areas.It was also a good value at the prive point on which it was offered.After the tour,we were made to sit on the bar where we were served cold coffee and mango juice from the GM's side.Both were nice and refreshing and me and my wife throughly enjoyed them.The staff member who served us was also very polite and helpful and was always smiling.The gm shared his card and asked to call for any assistance in the future.It was a nice experience for us and we left the place on a happy note.Hope to stay here some day if travel brings us to Agra.

Trident Agra has always been a true luxury experience for me and my family. They provide you seamless experience from the time of Welcoming, check in, lodging and food. Front office staff Mr. Fauz and the lady at the time of check in were pretty welcoming. Housekeeping staff Mr. Rawat and his team were very warm and hospitable. Trident team very well knows how to work skill fully with small glitches at work. However, we couldn’t get inter-connected rooms as I was travelling with small kids. Also, the pool water wasn’t clean enough this time. I would still love to visit the property again and recommend trident Agra as a good weekend destination to my friends and family.

Wonderful experience, courteous staff, top notch service and an effort to make things work defined our stay with the property. Happy to have stayed here and looking forward to more trips in future.
