Hotel was very clean, Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone fitness center is very nice and clean well-maintained. I was traveling with my Support animal, and everyone was pleasant toward him as well. I used the valet service at the hotel. They were also very helpful and pleasant to work with.

This hotel is in an incredible location and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. But I write the review to give special accolades to the staff. From the front desk to the 909 North restaurant, these people take pride in their professions. Special thanks to the night front desk manager Tim M who solved a billing issue easily, effectively, and with a friendly and professional demeanor. And this was in the early morning! And to Lily the waitress at 909 North. She gave great advice on the craft cocktails and appetizers. She’s very friendly and has a wonderful personality. All of this makes for a 5 star stay

Hotel seemed a bit dates from lobby to the elevators to the rooms. NOthing wrong, just not up to Westin standards. Right off Michigan avenue and several places to eat located nearby.

The hotel is nice, beds comfortable, clean, quiet and in a very good location, but I was repulsed by the $25/night "Destination" charge. This is a charge on top of your rate which is applied to cover charges in the restaurant and bar which is not deducted if you don't use this.

Location can not be beat ... hands down .... Everyone I encountered were nice and friendly and made me feel welcomed. Bed and pillows were to die for !!!! Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the lounge for Bonvoy elites is tiny and closes at 2 p.m. on Fridays and is closed all day on Saturday. The lounge looks more like a cheap cafeteria rather than a lounge where one can relax in and have a drink. A $29 destination fee is now added on, but in return you are given a $25 food and credit for anything you charge to the room and as a Titanium member 2 - $10 food and drink credit were given to me .... JUST MAKE SURE YOU USE THEM !!!!!! A small standard buffet breakfast is available just off the lobby for $35 per person. ($25 credit and with $10 vouchers covered the total including tip) Overall great stay ... looking forward to staying here again in the future.
