Great hotel and service.All the staff extremely polite and helpful and specially I would like to praise Ms.Subhdra the lady manager at front desk. She gave me a room which was facing towards monument Jantar Mantar. The hotel is at a very prime location and everything is very easily accessible. she was very helpful and also gave me excellent suggestions for typical food options in the nearby area. She suggested me to visit the local market janpath which is very near the hotel I would say this market is an awesome Indian local market. Thank you Subhdra for making my stay so pleasant and comfortable 👍

During our stay, we this incredible staff member named Chetan. When I was not feeling well due to a heat stroke, Chetan quickly arranged some medicines for me. His exceptional care didn’t end there, throughout her 2 days, stay, he consistently checked up on me to ensure I was feeling better. Chetan also created a truly memorable moment for us by upgrading our room and making us feel incredible special on our first anniversary. The Park hotel is renowned for its outstanding staff members like Chetan, Who go above and beyond to ensure guests have an exceptional experience.
