I stayed in the hotel on 31st December 2022 night in room no 104. We were charged rupees 1500/- for that night. Unfortunately, we felt that the staff tried to take advantage of the situation and we really had no option. The room was in bad shape. The bathroom was leaking. We did not have shower because of non availability of Warm water. We had to just spend that night. Disappointed

Amazing hotel. Must stay here if visiting Lucknow. Staff is very friendly . Service is great.Have visited many times and every time they were on expectations. Grand Orion is a brand which will never disappoint you. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Full precautions measures also taken. All rooms are sanitized and equipped with all necessary amenities.
