I visited here with my friend and u spent a good time with him and it was really fun and the service was realy good dharmendra wasvery kind and polite with his prompt service and we really had a good time and i enjoyed the view 'and the ambience is realy great and admiring Thank you Had a great time ❣️

The view, room and fooding was brilliant. Dinner was the best. Breakfast could be improved especially bread items. However the guarantee of Riverside/Cityside balcony should be there on the website. This could prove to give a better experience. Overall good location and time well spent. Swaragiti Modak.

Polo Floatel is extremely well maintained and has very courteous staff. We had booked Heritage Cabin with Balcony and the view of the Ganges took away all stress away instantly. The room and the restaurant are clean and hygienic. The Sundeck provides ample spots for photography. The food of The Bridge was delectable and sumptuous. If you need to find solace away from all the chaos you can have it here in the heart of the city. I would like to thank Ms. Nazmin, the most cheerful lady who greeted us and made our stay very memorable.
