Stay at the Taj was a dream and without doubt it was a wonderful experience for me and my family. From reception to room to pool... everything was a dream experience. Had a great and unforgetful stay. The sea facing room on 16th floor gave a spectcular view of Gateway of India and the Arabian Sea.

It was really a warm welcome in Taj Mahal Tower and the hospitality was the best ever I got yet.. I wish I could always stay in Taj Mahal Hotels in India and abroad. Wow.....The service...the culture...and everything is a must experience for everyone. We were pampered from the point of arrival. We were upgraded to a top floor room, which was cream on the pie experience. The culture of Taj Staff is something one must experience. The breakfast spread is an experience never to be missed.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The concierge was extremely helpful and gave us lots of ideas for the must do trips in Mumbai. The hotel driver we used for a tour around the city was very knowledgeable and we had a great day with him. Breakfast was included in our package and were very tasty but we thought the lunches/drinks were rather on the expensive side. We were upgraded to a room directly opposite the Gateway to India and it was wonderful to open the patio doors in the morning and listen to Mumbai waking up! My only negative comment would be that the lady who checked us in did not give us any information at all regarding the hotel. We did not know where breakfast was being served on our first morning but we did find one of the lovely ladies who are always in reception and she was very helpful.
