The hotel is exceptionally well located near numerous essential city landmarks that any visitor must see, like Piazza Spagna or Fontana di Trevi. The staff is also very friendly and helpful!! Lastly, the rooms are very comfy, which helps you have a restful night.

This is the third time I visited Dimora Frattina and every time I am very satisfied with it. The receptionist Claudia is so nice and so helpful. The room is just the right size with all the amenities including coffee (provided) and a coffee machine. The location is perfect Piazza di Spagna at one end and Via del Corso at the other. You can't be more central than that in Rome.

Wonderful place, nicely located to all most attractions with in 30 min (walking and getting lost is the fun part). Very helpful staff! Rooms were clean and nice, shower had good water pressure and hot water. Already looking to come back! 10/10 recommend

Website completely misleading - nothing like stated

The website is absolutely horribly misleading. It led me to believe that it was a boutique hotel with many services. It is not. The location is great but the accommodations are average. Plus the website claims there are all these ammenities which are NOT there. There is no real lobby, no concierge service, no reception desk open from 8:30 - 1930 as stated, no laundry service, no way to book a hotel shuttle, no breakfast. The room has everything you need but is very dated and does not look like the website pictures at all. It would have been fine if I knew what to expect. It is a fine accomodation if you do not have high expectations.

Misleidend, de boeking via booking.com werd geannuleerd op de dag van aankomst. Ik kreeg een WhatsApp met een sumup link om te betalen. Dit voelde erg vervelend omdat ik nu niet wist of ik opgelicht zou worden of geen kamer zou hebben bij aankomst laat in de avond. Het was een oude, vieze kamer, de badkamer oud met schimmel. Geen uitzicht naar buiten maar via een besloten soort galerij. Een kamer in een appartement waarin ook mensen woonden en bedrijven gevestigd zaten. Ik heb niemand gezien geduurde mijn 5 daagse verblijf en ze wilden nog extra geld voor een dienst, die heb ik niet betaald. Voor de taxi wilden ze ook extra geld rekenen. Ik heb dit zelf geregeld. Helaas geen review hierdoor op booking.com kunnen plaatsen dus dan maar hier. Booking betalen ze dus ook niet. Echt vervelend gevoel aan over gehouden. 1 ster omdat 0 niet kan!
