Wonderful to return to the hospitality and service at Sheraton Bandung. It is the best managed hotel in Asia, but I am amazed that they can improve on their high standards. The Operations Manager, Ms. Fanny, always answers my questions or requests and takes care of any concern and request with a smile. Ms Malati at the Club Lounge and the whole staff are always welcoming and now everyone addresses by my name rather than asking for my room number. I walked around all parts of the hotel trying to find a problem, such as a leaf that has fallen from a tree or overflowing water from the pool, and I wa surprised that I could not find a single fault with the hotel. Everyone hotel in Asia and the world should provide this type of service and manage the hotel so that the guest feel welcomed and appreciated. As such, I decided to cancel my trip to Bali and extended my stay at Sheraton Bandung.

Stay one night for business meeting. Start with buffet lunch but it was just below expectation. The food taste not like 5 star hotel. Also for buffet dinner. Need to improve the food taste. FO staff at the check in also not so friendly. In the name of big Sheraton brand, they should be more friendly. The room big enough, with old furniture that need to renovate soon. Bathroom amenities just standard. Got breakfast in the morning, also the food taste the same, not so much choices. Only the Nasi Goreng Kampung taste so good.

Our recent 4 night- stay in Sheraton Bandung was truly an ultimate relaxation. Overall a fantastic resort and what makes sheraton bandung stands out is definetely the service. Ibu Fanny and her teams are making all the efforts to ensure we had a beautiful stay. From the front desk, concierge, security guard, housekeeping, pool team, the waiters at Feast, the staff at Club Lounge that I encountered during our stay, the level of service was so impressive. Check in was efficient, our room was ready by 1pm (on a weekend!) and it was super spacious with direct access to the pool. The grounds were immaculate. Had a chance to dip in the pool few times (under the gloomy Bandung weather). Ibu Rina, Pak Cahyo, or Pak Saut was always ready to assist with the towels (and they ensure the pool is clean from debris and fallen leaves). I’m impressed with the complete equipment at the gym as well! Breakfast is another amazing experience, they will welcome you with their beautiful smile every morning, suggesting some food & beverage to try, and ask if you need anything else. Thank you Rini, Bintang, Andika, and everyone at Feast! From the food wise, the breakfast is abundance of delicious options. A few to name ( that you might won’t find in other places) are Somay Bandung, Soto Bandung, Mie Kocok, and Zoupa Soup! Chef Donal and his culinary team are being very versatile to our food liking. They would be delighted to create dishes that are not on the display such as avocado toast and spagetti carbonara ( yes! carbonara for breakfast! ) My favorite one was Nasi Goreng Kampung curated by Chef Jajang that I had each morning! Super yummy! Thank you Chef Jajang! Apart from breakfast, We also enjoyed the daily evening cocktails at Club Lounge every night, all the staffs there are the nicest and the sweetest, approaching us with genuine smile and care, and the selection of buffet display are delicious. I was introduced to their signature Bandrek Cappucino here on my first day and I loved it. On my departure day, Rangga & Joan handed us a note of gratitude with a box of sweet gift and hope that we’ve enjoyed our stay. It was so heartwarming and reflects their sincerity. Thank you Rangga & Joan so much! As I said at the beginning, Sheraton Bandung really stands out for its exceptional staff and service. It’s an ideal place for both relaxation or getting the work done. Thank you everyone! It was a pleasure to experience such impressive hospitality Looking forward to comeback!

Its not an easy when you travel with entire family. There were so many consideration how to please everyone. It was a right decision for our family to stay at Sheraton Bandung with their great kids club activities. My kiddos did not want to leave the outdoor area of their kids club playground. The property itself was surrounded by shades of green and open spaces which i like the most. Great food quality for their Breakfast and In Room Dining. Not to forget to mention great hospitality provided by their associates e.g Ibu Fanny, Pak Jaya Atmaja and Pak Rahmat. P.S thinking of myself to be back to this property sometimes this year :)
