We all know it can be very overwhelming to book a hotel in a big city like Delhi and I’ve searched so many five star hotels in Delhi and I decided to stay at Shangri-La since I’ve stayed at this chain before. And once I arrived, I realized that I’ve made the right decision. The hotel is centrally located, the rooms are elegantly decorated and not tired at all; Inwas also very impressed by the housekeeping, so detail oriented. I like to thank my room’s housekeeper Jitendra was above and beyond! The team in each part of the hotel has exceeded my expectations. The food quality and variety is excellent! The breakfast options are incredible, there is something for each taste and the team there is very plote and professional, especially the egg station chef Neelam made my mornings perfect! You can have 24/7 snacks and drinks at Mister Chai at the lobby and the food / drinks are delicious! I like to thank Phila and Mercy for looking after me and making my afternoons enjoyable. The pool is a very good size, the spa is nice and clean. Don’t think twice, seriously just book it! I would stay here again and again!

Stayed at Shangri-La Eros for one night while heading to Ayodhya. We requested an airport pickup. Did not like the fact that with a private pick up you still have to walk to the parking lot for your car. It's insane that Delhi Airport doesn't have the option for private pickup closer to the airport arrival area. There was Wi-Fi and nice cool bottles of water waiting in the car for us. Great touch! From Airport to Hotel during the mid-night traffic is very fast about 35 minutes. Traffic during the day, can be up to an hour. We stayed at the Shangri-La a while back, it was great to be back there again. Check in was easy and fast. Room was excellent! Hotel had a beautiful large anniversary care for us waiting in the room as well as the entire bed was covered with rose petals, so insanely beautiful. Breakfast we really wanted authentic Indian dishes was this was actually spread thin for us. We had to ask where the Indian traditional dishes were. Then an employee took us to where it was, but options were very limited, wasn't happy about this. We told the staff when we checked out but i didn't think they cared. This hotel is for foreigners, all the breakfast options are for Americans and Europeans travelers who do not wish to go out of their comfort zone for the country they are in. All in all its a great hotel, staff are very friendly, and clean!
