Room service was very good . Every day room was clean with all requirements by hk boy. Check in was very quick and staff is excellent. Front office staff is amazing socially Mr Ravikiran from front desk team. Highly recommended to everyone who is planning to visit pune.

We had great stay at royal orchid kalyani nagar. At security desk they have scanned our bags. It was really good for our safety. Ganesh security is very humble and helpful. He help us to remove the luggage from car and guide the nearby historical places. Check in was smooth and provided us the upgrade us the higher category room without additional charges. Thanks Ravi also . Nice breakfast , good rooms .thank you team we surely visit again.

Hotel ambience is really good. Lobby is clean and big with nice decoration.check in is very smooth I don't need to wait for room.staff is very humble. Thanks to duty manager Ravikiran. Room is good. Buffets for breakfast and dinner is hot and tasty. Great service provide by royal orchid central.

The food combo was very tasty and was excellent and the service of Ms Vaishnavi and Bunty was good. Their greeting was very welcoming. The food was served on time and was very tasty. Also the beer offer was good. Enjoyed alongwith the peanuts and papad. Highly recommended.
