This B&B is amazing! The booking was so easy, the host kept us informed with how to use the electronic key well ahead of arrival. The beds and pillows were the comfiest we’ve ever had. We had room 1 and that came with a lovely balcony, perfect for watching the world go by. The shower was amazing and there was plenty of space. Coffee prepared by the hosts every morning and they were lovely. Allowed us to leave our cases once we checked out and allowed us access later in the afternoon to collect with no hassle. Would definitely stay here again. Faultless. Grazie!

The apartment was not far from a metro stop, not that i used it as I walked everywhere. A friend restaurants and shops in close proximity too. Information regarding the property was easy to understand and I liked the electronic key card for the building. My room was pleasant enough and cleaned daily. It was cold however and the radiator was on a timer. I couldn’t get any English channels on the tv, which wasn’t a huge issue. I stayed in an end room and the people in the apartment next door were so noisy and both evenings I could hear their to extremely loudly. Their young child was also up early. After averaging 40,000 I was shattered and really needed a good sleep! Can’t say I would come back unfortunately.

Everything was great! Gianni and Nisitha were really friendly and they made us feel like home. The hospitality of Gianni was incredible and he gave us a lot of informations about the city. The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices, the rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean every day. The location was also excellent, near the metro line, the bus line and shops, supermarkets and everything we needed. We highly recommend RomAntic Dreams without second thoughts. Thanks again for everything!!

My wife and I stayed at RomAntic Dreams in September. We agree with all of the excellent reviews that they receive. We did not meet Gianni but we communicated with him at length. Both Nesita ( excuse my spelling) and Jasper gave us personal attention both at check in and breakfast. They gave us information about Rome and details about the bed and breakfast . The personal touch is far more preferable to a check in with a code where you interact with no one. The location is excellent , walking distance from the metro Ra Di Roma. The area is safe and a good neighborhood. Lots of stores and even a health food market. The building is easy to access. The bed and breakfast itself is immaculate, modern , very spacious with a large shared kitchen to have breakfast. Jasper even brought in specialty items for my wife as she is gluten free. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will even be returning again this coming week. We definitely recommend RomAntic Dreams.

This year's is my 3rd time staying at Romantic Dreams when I visit Rome. And everything was great, as usual. The location is excellent, conveniently located next to 2 subway stations, and several bus stations, and makes it very easy for you to reach famous Rome landmarks like the Colosseum, Piazza Navona, Piazza Spagna. It's easy to reach from the airport as well. The restaurants near the location are various, and very good. And if you want to enjoy one of the best tiramisu, the famous Pompi is just 10 minutes away. The rooms are big, very comfy, equipped with everything you need. I enjoyed staying in one with a balcony overlooking the street. The breakfast is good and the coffee is excellent. And Gianni is the best host anyone can have. He's always making sure his guests are happy and he will give you all the tips and tricks for a perfect Roman holiday. All in all the best choice to stay whenever I visit Rome.
