Had a nice stay here. Staff was awesome and very nice. I had a check in after 1am, and they accommodated me. All about communication. Not a far walk from Chinatown, short GRAB from THe Grand Palace and some other attractions. Will stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights before flying to England. The place itself is very clean and modern, location is also great. At first the staff seemed very friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 6am and check in was at 2 so they let us drop our luggage off and we requested a shower after taking the overnight train. A couple had just checked out so they said we have a room available to shower. All sounded great until they wanted 100baht each and then 50baht each for a towel. At the time we needed to refresh so agreed to this however the room was very dirty, we were staying at the hotel so were confused why they wanted to charge us instead of helping us out, it also turned out to be the room we were staying in anyway. As we tried to pay by card they also said cash only so I suspect something was wrong here. There was a horrible damp smell coming from the room also.

Amazing place. Clean rooms, air conditioning and a good breakfast available. Twin room available! The structure is new and very cool. The people at the reception are very helpful in helping guests make reservations for excursions and taxies. I recommend this place.

I LOVE this hostel! We stayed in 5 private rooms with twin beds and private bath and they were such a bargain. The positives: 1. The staff is wonderful! Honestly, they treated us like family and were helpful in so many ways. They bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and were so accommodating! 2. The private rooms are clean and well maintained. Though twin beds may be uncomfortable for people over 6’ (182+cm) and heavy set, we had no issues. 3. The location is pretty great. I feel it provides decent access to the city and is located in a relatively safe location. To be fair: 1. There is a water pump on the roof deck that is very loud and runs constantly. A few in our group complained about it causing disruption to their sleep. 2. The breakfast options are limited. Don’t expect breakfast to be a buffet or anything like that. As long as you don’t expect a large breakfast set, you should be fine. 3. The Wifi will sign you out only after a few moments after your phone locks causing you to constantly log back in. More annoying than anything. Overall, I LOVE REST24 and will only stay here from now on when visiting Bangkok. Thank you thank you!

My partner and I stayed here for in total six nights, we stayed in one of Rest24 private rooms. When booking the room we did book a double room, and it looks like in the pictures that single beds are pushed together to create a double - we did not get a double though, instead of a twin room. No massive problem though. This hostel is new, well decorated, clean, and nice to stay in. The beds are comfortable, the rooms huge, the bathroom nice and clean. The staff are very friendly, although don't have great English - not a huge problem though as we always find ways to communicate. The breakfast is self-service, basic but probably one of the better ones I've had actually. We could of easily stayed here for a few weeks - very comfortable.
