We arrived very late at night and were told that even though it was a B&B, there would not be any breakfast as we had taken the 'cheap' rate? It was extremely hot and when we asked whether there was airconditioning, we were told that it would cost us €5 extra to use it and they would give us the remote control?? It was clean but average.

We had room number 4, which is a very small one. There was a weird smell in the room. We had no shampoo or shower gel. The location is great, near termini. The price is also ok. We did not receive any breakfast, which included a coffee and a croissant. He also never mentioned this when we arrived. Bring ear plugs, because there is a lot of noise during the night. I also woke up in the morning with some irritation bites on my legs. :(

Very bad property, dirty, not safe,no phone, towels every 3 days and towels dirty and old, dirty entrance, noisy . owner nice person but sorry for him it s the reality of his property.when I booked the hotel it's showing that no need to pay ,you pay on arrival but when I booked I received a message that 200 euros cuted .when I contacted booking.com and mailed them they till now 20 days didn't receive any answer. Owner of the hotel gave just. Receipt showing in Italian language 200 euros since I booked and 200 EUR the date of my check out .till now they didn't give me back my money. When I arrived I told him let me pay you the difference why should I pay you full amount of my stay once I paied you 200 already.he told me no worries y will get back your money within 4 days but soooooory for them till now no money back and no answers from both of them hotel and booking.com so be careful all about that .I have nothing against them but I have to advice all of you to check my review and others before booking.

Based from the reviews I read before booking this room for my first Euro trip, I was expecting this room to be average. The rooms (we had #3) are spacious and easy to keep clean. However, if you find that you need anything extra (towels, blankets, pillows) the supply is very limited. You must also pay 5 Euros for basic air conditioning every time you turn it on. For breakfast, they present you low quality espresso and a chocolate croissant wrapped in packaging. We were thankful for the store down the block as well as the restaurant below for our breakfasts. The restaurant below also serves as an outside bar and doesn't close until 4a.m. Also remember to pay in advance with cash.

Very clean, quite nice large room with bathroom. For a breakfast is only cup of coffee and only 1 croissant for each person. Bed is little bit bumpy. Schampoo is missing. Very good location, dont be scared from old school Rome design.
