Booked for 3N stay at 2 bedroom premier via Trip.com. It was value for money at such a location with spacious rooms. Location: About 7-10 mins walk to Pavilion mall. Rooms: Decor is dated but rooms & bathrooms are clean. Kitchen is clean too. It’s fully equipped with knifes, chopping board, pots, oven that has many functions like grill, air fry, microwave, etc, rags, etc. Fridge and freezer are clean too. Love the shampoo and body wash. Very nice aroma. Laundry detergent has to be purchased but luckily we brought ours. There is a clothes rack to hang the laundry. The walls are thin. Could hear Neighbours pulling the plugs from socket and children playing. Tv reception is not too good. Sofa is kind of soft. Air con was powerful. There is a Starbucks ‘vending machine’ at the lobby. But don’t expect it to be the same as purchased from Starbucks itself.

This was my 1st time at Parkroyal Serviced Suites KL, and it turned out to be one of the best ( terbaik ) experiences in the Parkroyal brands. Check-in was handled by the team in good manners, although there was a slight delay in using my Discovery Membership points, but a malay lady ( sorry, i didn't ask for your name ) saved the day by helping her team mate on helping and getting my points out from my account. Thank you for your help The suite was spacious with the living room together with a kitchenette, and the bedroom was comfortable, bathroom was clean The aircon was working well ( which is a must ) in KL hot and humid weather. The housekeeping man on level 7 was a polite guy who made up our suite daily. The location was fabulous, walking distance to Jalan Alor & Bukit Bintang along with the monorail station all within the Serviced suite building, many cafes and mamak restaurants are also just outside the building, with a 7-11 also in the same building I will not hesitate to stay here again the next time I visit KL Thank you, Parkroyal Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur

Dirty, dated and in need of urgent TLC - A disappointing stay!

Chasing my Titanium status from GHA Discovery we booked a 2 night stay at Park Royal Service Suites KL, in a One Bedroom Premier Suite but nothing, I am sorry to say was Premier about our accommodation. I have read other reviews so maybe we were just unlucky with our allocation. Sadly I have to say that the only positive aspect of our stay were the friendly staff not only at reception but everyone we encountered throughout the property. It was a first, upon checking-in that the staff apologised for the rather dated décor in our "suite", and boy they were not wrong. This certainly set alarm bells ringing! We also did not receive any recognition for Elite Status. Quite simply the whole place is in dire need of cleaning/painting and complete renovation. It’s unacceptable for a brand which positions itself as a luxurious stay to oversell their suite qualities. There were countless off-putting marks on the sofa, on the rug, on the curtains etc. We tried not to think too hard where they might have come from! The lining and indeed the bedroom curtains were hanging of the rail. the furniture throughout was so badly marked and chipped and drawers/cupboards wouldn’t close properly. There was also paint where there shouldn't be i,e. sockets and such were liberally splattered with the dark Brown stain/paint used to paint all the furniture. This just made it even more of a gloomy living space. All this neglect & disrepair added to the general air of a dank and depressing room. We tried not to spend too much time in the property! On the website the suites are described as an "Urban Sanctuary" with "Modern, light-filled accommodation". Unfortunately this was not our experience. The suite looked nothing like the glossy pictures on the site, so please buyer beware. We were told the property is due to undergo renovations in 2025, which can’t come soon enough but in a city where luxurious accommodations are plenty, we certainly won’t be resting our heads here again. Stayed here a few times before. Polite and friendly staff. Special thanks to the security for being nice too. I like their starbucks coffee machine at the lobby. There’s 7-11 nearby too. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang. Rooms are okay but housekeeping can be abit late; not sure due to lack of manpower or not. Cleanliness is fine. Didn’t try the breakfast there but can see that there’s a line every morning. Rooftop pool is nice and has a view.

From the greeting during a very late check in to the expedient checkout all the staff encountered were very happy, helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a studio apartment and for a hotel room they are huge and well appointed especially if you wish to do a bit of self catering ( I don't know why you would whilst on holiday). The beds are very comfy especially on Asian standards. The shower, all be it a bit floppy, was superb, super hot and not a water saver---Brilliant. Both pools are really inviting the one on the 1st floor is quite a bit cooler due to lack of sun as surrounded by buildings, the sauna and steam room both work as expected and are unusual in hotels of this price range. Now really the only item that lets this venue down slightly is the breakfast offering----Of course you have all the normal offerings (bulk sugar and carbohydrates) but the hot food is really only suited to the Asian/Indian palette-----plenty of curry and rice, so if your expecting a full English/American style you will be disappointed. Don't let breakfast put you off though as due to all the positives along with the venues location this is amazing property for the price charged. Surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants and bars. The icing on the cake is a craft beer bar/restaurant right next door, now that's enough to sway any hesitation. We will be back next time in KL
