A modern b&b located very close to a bus stop from where you can reach the city center in 30 minutes. The room was clean, comfortable and good-looking. Towels and hygiene products were provided. The staff was very kind. I truly recommend!

Great location and amazing service. Owners, maintenance and even guests, were all very nice and accommodating people. The room was clean with plenty of space and fully furnished. The breakfast was also included, as well as Wifi. The kitchen is quite large with all necessary appliances. Best of all, available at anytime when needed. I had a good 2 week stay with no worries and nothing to complain. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested in a non touristic overcrowded hotel in the middle of Rome.

Visited Rome with two other families , total 6 adults and 6 children including 3 teenagers . Booked the place online , Andrea was helpful and helped to arrange transport from airport for extra charges . Apartment was generally clean although could be better . Breakfast was provided in form of cereals , cookies and croissants . 5 min to local bus stop which would take you to the central train station so not bad . Overall good value for money.

Beware - reservation cancelled when en route to hotel

I rarely leave reviews and even more rarely bad reviews. However, I thought I should share my experience with this establishment. We were booked into Movie Home (MH) and were contacted by the owner this morning before our flight to ask what time we were arriving. We responded and after our flight arrived in Rome we made our way to the property. While on the Metro we got a message saying that due to a “hydraulic issue” we couldn’t stay in the property. While still on the underground, I then received a call from a woman saying that they had found me alternative accommodation at another B&B. I looked up the suggested alternative on TripAdvisor and, quite frankly I wasn’t ever going to stay there. I texted back to state that and got a message from someone called Andrea, saying that I had no alternative. I said that, since I was already close, I was going to come to MH to discuss. Andrea said that the property was locked and there was nobody there. When I got to MH, there were clearly at least two people in the property but they didn’t answer when I rang the bell. Looking at previous reviews, this isn’t the first time they have let customers down like this. I don’t know why they couldn’t honour my booking but the story told to me was clearly a lie. Notwithstanding the above saga, I still wouldn’t recommend this place on what I saw. The area is not particularly accessible and is a bit grim to say the least. The property is just a flat on the 5th floor of an unattractive tenement-like building. I’m actually glad we didn’t stay there for the planned 3 days. We ended up in a far better hotel in a much nicer area for the same price. If you don’t want to risk being lied to when they overbook (or whatever actually happened this morning), or want a nice place to stay in a decent area, avoid Movie Home like the plague.

The booking, check-in and check-out were smooothly done. A beautifully designed structure with working wifi (yeah its a luxury many places don't have in rome 😅) awesome breakfast and great air conditioning. The view of the balcony was also splendid 👌
