While check in the booking was not updated , waiting till main receptionist not involed ,The room had second closed door which was unpleasant to mind ,the room tiles was ditched condition ,other morning time cleaning team (girl and men ) was playing talking loudly with bad words the most pathetic situation when checked out ,try to claim for bath big towel missing fortunately I was carring small laptop bag which unable to carry such big towel but receptionist was looking at pant ,might want to remove and check ,so overall melange hotel not good for innocent Indian so as lesson learnt I took this matter with our company travel desk to stop booking as ether not value for money but insulting behaviour of staff special girl receptionist ( seems no control on them mostly roaming hear and there ),other the rooms looby location search difficult, the restaurant staff lazy not responding small tea order ,other the lift beside room goes to basment had stoppage on flooras some cleaning boys had deliberately press lift call switch while going up to.make fun with hotel staff all messege to owner of hotel if such thing continue the hotel need to be closed for no customer check in date yesterday room no 1612 sure I will update this to all ranking channel so at least people will think twice before closing such hotel

The hotel has the potential of being an excellent place to stay due to the location. Does a very good job with the public spaces of the hotel, breakfast buffet is very good but the cleanliness of the rooms is poor. Rooms were outdated. Kitchen was not well equipped. The premium suite had two sets of crockery and cutlery. No wine glasses or soup bowls. No detergent, scrubber, kitchen towels, dish cloths. Only two pots and no mixing bowl or salad bowls. Microwave had only 2 working buttons. Bathroom cleanliness was very poor. The dark decor made the bathroom look even dirtier. Stayed for 2 weeks and tipped the housekeeping staff every time I ran into them to get them to thoroughly scrub the bathroom. Towels were limited and no hand or face towels were provided. Noticed that cleaning staff piled dirty towels on top of clean towels so spoke to the Housekeeping Supervisor who promised to retrain staff. Maybe ok for a short business trip, definitely not for a longer vacation.

Absolutely comfortable stay. Very humble staff and the best part was the delicious food that was served. I also liked the location of the property, it is located in the middle of city with easy commute options available. Don’t Look out for any other options, simply book now!!

Stay was very comfortable.It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
