Perfectly Executed Proposal and Family Celebration

Manny and Lindsay flawlessly executed an engagement proposal in the Cupola followed by brunch in the VIP Couch section of the rooftop bar for 20 guests. Their communication, friendliness, and professionalism was all top notch. All of the guests were impressed by how well they managed the occasion. They helped alleviate all the stress of planning and running the show the day of. Would highly recommend for an exclusive special occasion.

Neil did great! He accommodated us checking early and was incredibly cordial and helpful. Room is nice and modern without too many frills. Hotel concierge was helpful for last minute needs. Hotel overall is beautiful and in a great location. Nice stay overall and would come again.

What a beautiful and clean hotel in a perfect location!! My room was immaculate, and I loved the little personal touches such as the loofah scrub for the shower. The view from the rooftop bar is absolutely gorgeous. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay! PROS Close to where all the action and tourist spots are Super clean and comfortable Beautiful hotel Friendly staff—special thank you and kudos to Maeve, Andrea, and Marcus at the front desk (I hope I got the spelling of their names right) as well as tp Mark and George at the bellhop!! CONS The adjacent restaurant where you can take your breakfast as part of the Hilton Honors benefits doesn’t open until 8am during the weekend. Also, there’s a hotel across the river with a large brand name that gives me the creeps. Thankfully, the staff was nice enough to move me to a different room where I didn’t have to see it at eye level.

We had a room overlooking the river which was lovely, the room itself was clean and comfortable and the bathroom had an amazing shower. Every morning we had breakfast below the hotel at Land & Lake Kitchen. This was very popular and the food was very good. The hotel was in the perfect location for all the sights to see. Most of the major sights are within walking distance and always felt safe navigating around. The area is full of places to eat and drink, prices vary but still having a good choice for all budgets. Straight opposite the hotel was the river walk which is a must for everybody day and/or night. All staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful but one person in particular was exceptional and her name was Mary who is the Head Concierge, her knowledge of anything Chicago is amazing. We love to explore both on our own or on an organised excursion, knowing this Mary recommended and booked us some fantastic places to see including Wrigley Field, a river cruise tour, a mob tour and baseball tickets at the White Sox stadium. While in Chicago LondonHouse is the perfect place to be and we will definitely be coming back.
