We stay here at the Hyatt Centric every time we have an appointment at Northwestern Medicine. It is walking distance. Let’s talk about the staff. Ian the bartender is absolutely fantastic! He is chatty and friendly. There’s not a drink he doesn’t know. Front desk persons Stephen, professional with a bit of humor Janet, brilliant , intelligent! The entire morning wait staff. They are mind blowing. Every EVS/ housekeeper said hello to us in the hallways. Hector who parked our car. The Bellhop man. All these people in this not so nice world were able to put on a smile on their face and treat us like we were the only guests there. Hyatt, please treat these people well they are hard to find

The view from our room was excellent and we enjoyed the location. The service was acceptable. Aside from that I do not have much positive to say. Hotel is in need of major updates across the board, especially in furniture and decor.

We were at the Hyatt Centric in Chicago for four months and Jorge was kind and friendly every time we saw him even if we weren’t getting our car. All of the other valet staff was very friendly as well. Thank you for the wonderful service! See you next time!

This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I felt like I was at a hotel made for movie stars! Beautiful decor and nice atmosphere. Only thing I am not sure of is the breakfast because I slept too good in the comfy bed to get up in time 🤣

This was our 3rd stay and we really like this hotel. Great rooms, great location and good to have a pool. Building g work was a slight issue but this is short term.
