There are so many nice features at this lovely luxury hotel. The hotel was very accommodating when we requested an early check in. Our balcony king was spacious. The bed was very comfortable with nice bedding. Lighting was excellent: dimmers on the bedside lamps, several options in the bathroom and a pendant lamp over the refrigerator which gave cozy light. Coffee was available on each floor every morning. Staff were friendly. The restaurant is quite good. And the hotel is literally across the street from the Fine Arts Museum! The only thing I didn't like was the lobby, which was dark and noisy, and that there was no quiet place to sit and read outside the room. Despite those quibbles, we will definitely be back.

From the valet, front desk, restaurant to room service they were wonderful. We are especially grateful to Kristen (hostess and waitress) and Alem offering turn down room service; they are so gracious and went above and beyond. We were displaced Houstonians as we awaited electricity for a week in our house. Hotel ZaZa Museum District afforded all of us and our dog Riley a luxurious and welcoming hotel. Thank you !

This was our 4th stay at the ZaZa and it was what we have come to expect - GREAT! There are lots of little things that make the stay here perfect - great coffee in the morning in your room (from the coffee stations, not a poor in-room machine), great staff (especially the guys who take care of your auto), great rooms (I've tried a variety of them), and great location (close to downtown, med center, Montrose, Heights, etc. Having stayed at the standard hotels throughout Houston (from downtown out through Westchase) for the past 40 years, this is a real find.

Allan was our bar tender and he was amazing! We never went without a drink or water. We are so appreciative of time and his attentiveness. The bar was clean the music was good. We will be back. The bar bites are delicious and the martinis are the best!
