I had booked 20 rooms for my mom's 60th birthday celebration. The staff is extremely warm and very helpful. Rahul Kamble and his entire team were always ready to fulfill our needs. The deluxe, executive & suite rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The food is nice. The hotel team arranged special decorations for the birthday celebration. We had a great time at the property. I recently had the displeasure of dealing with General Manager Daniel during my stay, and I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with his complete incompetence. From start to finish, he demonstrated a lack of professionalism and failed to address even the simplest issues. Daniel's inability to handle basic customer service requests left me frustrated and disappointed. It's evident that he lacks the necessary skills to effectively manage a team and provide a positive experience for guests. I urge the management to reconsider his role, as his performance reflects poorly on the entire establishment. My trip was marred by Daniel's negligence, and I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this place if they value competent management and a stress-free stay.

Don't ever book this property, staff is good for nothing, they don't know hospitality. they are very unprofessional. This is not 3 star property but actually 0 star. No indoor games , tuta hua TT table h and carrom. No activities. Bad breakfast, worst presentation and preparation. Rooms are not as per pictures. Staff don't listen you in first call, you need to follow up multiple times. No hot water in morning, no inter phone is working, Tv is faulty, ac not working, Towel you ask in morning they will give you in night. for each call different staff will come to your room , inspect and send another staff. With whole day activity manager will come in morning and say if you don't like our service you can vacant the room. They have this level of professionalism.
