I Nimeshkumar shah comes to India once or twice a year from London uk Since last 4 years I have been staying in this Fern residency hotel which was The metropole hotel previously I like to thanks and appreciate Hitesh Chadwani, Rishav & driver Shivkumar modi in particular who goes out if their way to help and accommodate me with all my unusual request & demands They are purely an assets to the company they work for and I highly recommend the main management to reward them These people attract me to come back I really feel like my second home here

The service and food is really good. Really enjoyed it. The room service quality was really good. The food was exquisite and the the rooms are clean with ambient room space and top class furniture. The staff for room service which was Mita from housekeeping department was very friendly.
