Stayed here for a night. Location is just 2 mins walk from Pani Tanki More (prime market area). First thing which struck me was the size of the room. We had booked the larger sized room but the bigger room was much smaller than expectation. It was clean with all required amenities. Another point is that the larger rooms all face to the back of the hotel. The smaller rooms face the road towards the front. The service is absolutely brilliant. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out (we checked out at 4:30am in the morning), the service was prompt and attentive. The food is what would steal the show. Right from evening snacks to dinner, the food was sufficient in quantity, decently priced and taste was too good. The hotel is definitely a stay one would like to go for.

No hot water, called multiple times and no use. Floor was dirty was not clean before check in. No tissue roll, had to ask for tat also, got the dirty tissue after asking them. Bad staff response on queries.

The hotel is maintained well. It’s clean. Location is decent. Easy to find cabs to the airport. Ola works here. We had issues with getting hot water in our rooms. They couldn’t fix it so we were provided with a bucket of hot water. The breakfast is average, not a lot of Variety. Their restaurant is however good with good dishes for dinner and lunch! The standard room we booked is relatively small. Just enough to keep our luggage and for us to move around. All in all it’s a decent stay!

Glad I selected this hotel. The hotel is in the middle of the Siliguri city, close to all the activities. Good to see a good room with very clean bathroom. I really enjoyed the breakfast - paratha with aloo sabji, cut fruits, and sandwiches. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. I am sure staying at this property in future.

I've stayed for 2 nights & visited for business purpose. I am satisfied to stay here. Pros & cons are below: Pros: 1. Rooms are well maintained with cozy bed & pillow provided. 2. Washroom is clean & decor is superb. 3. Wi-fi connectivity is very fast. 4. Location wise it is very good.Located at the heart of Siliguri. 5. Room services are good & prompt. 6. Service boys very well behaved especially guy named "Santosh". Santosh is very charming, proactive & very prompt to provide you required support. 7. Hotel Manager Mr. Kumar is well behaved & strive to support you best. Cons: 1. Breakfast is complimentary & very few items are available e.g. puri sabji, sandwich & tea/coffee only. Food varieties should be increased to attract more guests. 2. Rooms have space constraint. 3. Need to improve service a little bit. Found some guys reluctant to provide adequate support. 4. Don't take car for any visit as it's very costly compared to market price. 5. Quality of food is not upto the mark. It's having a veg restaurant. Overall it's a good to stay. I will recommend people to stay there!!
