Great location. Their campus is very nice. Specially for kids lot of space to roam around and play. Play park and zip line are especially fun. Breakfast and dinner buffet is delicious. They have two or more local delicacies every day which were fun to try. Staff, drivers are all very courteous and pleasant. Special thanks to our drivers Mr Padmanabhan and Mr Ashok for their service.

Great place to unwind in the heart of Kodaikanal. All important sight seeing areas are fairly closer. The property has a lot of open space and indoor adventure games as well. Kid enjoyed playing with others in the big lawn which was a big plus of the stay. Rooms are a tad smaller and maybe booking a bigger suite/premium rooms is advisable if travelling with two kids. The property is on the older side even though renovation works were going on in one part. Ample car park with full security. Food is definitely a plus (opted for BF/Dinner combo) with a good spread on the buffets. Quality was really good(myself being a Chef with Michelin Star Experience), but would wish for more focus towards healthy options like better salads, and less fried items on the menu. Overall a great package and value for money stay!

Extremely disappointed with the Hotel. The room though said to be ready, didn't have napkins or bath mats kept. Take a shower and the entire bathroom gets wet even with shower curtain. Hair dryer kept in bathroom switches off every 20 seconds and needs to be rested - cooled down before it can be restarted for the next 20 seconds. All the faucets in the bathroom have their nozzles stolen. So without these nozzles, the water gets sprayed. TV channels not working at all, Tata Sky set-top box kept only for show. Were informed that all the rooms have this issue. Rooms are quite small. Flies coming in the room. No fans in the room and windows cannot be kept open in night because of Flies and security risk. Hotel informed us about availability of table fans only when we checked out 3 days early and let the booking amount go. Room service wouldn't come to clear the trays even when asked to do so. The staff wouldn't come immediately when issues are reported. They came for the TV 6 hours after we complained and couldn't solve the issue. Bath mat and the napkins were put the next day. For the Flies, the staff promised to spray the room but never did so. The worst thing is the extremely loud disco music session of 2 hours in open in the evening from 7:30 PM. Kodaikanal is an ecologically sensitive area. How can one create such a bad noise pollution in areas near jungle. Has the hotel taken permission for this? Actually there shouldn't be any permission. Because of this all rooms are extremely noisy. People come to Kodaikanal for peace and tranquility! The hotel needs to buckle up, train her staff, otherwise this is a 1-star hotel. Not worth the price charged.

Rooms should be refurbished and fully functional spa is required. Films should be played in the evening in home theatre. The best scenic place in Kodaikanal. Also the service is very good and staffs are very courteous. Food is very delicious and hygienic.
