Rooms are good, service ok but manager Faizal is very arrogant doesn't know how to speak to customer. The hotel management should change him to grow their business seeing the location,neat and clean room with all the room amenities they provide.

Located bang opposite the Surat Railway station amidst a cluster of the commercial hub. Grand Pragati hotel is a perfect blend of making right use of space to provide the best. A 37 roomed hotel, it might not compete in size but definitely competes with all the amenities provided by top hotels in the city. Hotel Grand Pragati is designed for a comfortable stay for a traveler within Budget.I will suggest only this Hotel to my family's , Friends, and collegues

This is the second time that I've stayed at grand pragati. Very clean rooms and bathroom are very good. Room service are very fast. Morning breakfast is excellent. Massage chair is so good. All staff is very nice. Room rate is low in this rate they are giving very nice facilities. So helpful. I suggest this hotel 2 every one love.
