The service was incredible. It was clean, spacious, and had a terrific atmosphere. The location is perfect! A few minutes walk from the metro, and only a few stops on the train to get to the centre. The Vatican is a beautiful 20 minute walk away. Restaurants, cafes and traditional Italian deli’s are near by, the area is alive and bright! The breakfast offered was traditional and the perfect way to start your day and adventures in Rome. The host Francesco is by far the best host I have ever experienced. He went far and beyond of what was expected of him. He was kind, helpful, friendly, vibrant, and had great recommendations. He became a friend rather than just a host. I have him in part to thank for the absolutely wonderful experience I had in Rome. Roma (non-si discute, si ama) Thank you Francesco!

DO NOT book a room here. The host refused to let me stay and took my money. If you do not follow his rules exactly he will not let you stay there. I was a day late due to travel issues and he would not let me stay the other 3 days. Took my money and refused to compromise. DO NOT BOOK

My mother and I stayed for 5 nights. This is a great little place, nice and clean with a comfy bed. Francesco was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. It is in an ideal location, close to the city an easy walk to St. Peter’s square and 5 minutes from Ottoviano metro. I would definitely recommend it.

A very warm friendship from welcome to goodbye. A comfortable, clean, spacious and well decorated room. Very good and silent Location. In the walking distance to Ottaviano metro station and Mazzini bus stop. Very close to Vatican. Many thanks to Francesco for his wonderful hospitality.

Brilliant guest house in a superb location, around 10 minutes walk from Ottaviano metro station and 20’ from the Vatican. Immaculate rooms and lovely modern bathrooms. Francesco is a great host too and will help with everything, I will not stay anywhere else when I return to Rome in the future!
