Vacation | Family Worst service ever encountered in my hotel stay experience Not recommend at all for stay Think twice before you choose this hotel Staff is not attentive , they don’t know how slove problem GM Dayashankar is not helpful , Karan in reception is lost in his words Himanshu from engineering department Need to learn about his job , control the work , he keep saying problem is solved but it happed again on and off Not helpful , called many times to solve one issue however they are saying same thing in my 5th call that 3rd floor has the power trip and 2nd floor is getting affected Why ? Other guest is suffering because your hotel problem Air condition has the problem always Not worth the paying so high value and stay like 2 star hotel Got irritated totally and have to come in reception personally to talk to staff get problem slove Still same like they are running fish market My mother suffered in this all

We really enjoyed our visit to the restaurant.Pradeep and Priyanka took really great care of us and we really loved the food prepared by Chef Anshul Rana and Chef Nilesh. Kadhai Paneer and Mix Veg were really good. We also loved the starters.
