The hotel is run by local goons..don't choose this hotel if you want a peaceful vacation in pondicherry..The management people including their room service staff will threaten you like anything. Even local admin staff will help them to prove you guilty..

This room was booked for us by makemytrip. Although the room was a bit spacious, the bathroom was in such a Filthy state! We had mud water to take bath for 2days. We were given far end rooms where we get no WiFi and TV plays only Tamil and telegu! When we complained about the bathroom to makemytrip, they said that hotelier came to clean it and this was not the case. They had only provided extra towel and tissue rolls! Staff are OK but not well trained. As for breakfast, we were forbidden to go to the restaurant and were told that breakfast would be served in rooms. They served us cold sambar idli tea on first day. The next day we were served 3 tiny pieces of toast with fried egg, a big chunk of butter/jam. We got the tea when we were checking out. And while waiting for our driver, we were surprised to see other guests going to the restaurants while we were forbidden to go! Never again this hotel and never again makemytrip.

Hotel showing very good in web, but when you be their. You find totally different. Staffs are cooperative, but not trained. 0 maintaince. #Dirty linens #broken cobbord Handel #wc flush is not working #washroom flooring is bad # bed is very hard like rock #blankes has 2 cigarette hole in it. #open ac wire. # brakfast is also not good. But they provide us breakfast after 10:30am., Thanks for that... Not good hotel.

Hello i have stay There for 01 Night. Good Hotel nice location. But The maintenance is ?? should be take care about it . in room i took the menu oh my god so oily very dirty menu card ! Please do some thing for solo and 01 night is ok Thanks Sandra

This is by far my worst stay. I stayed from 19th Oct to 21st Oct 2018. Below is my experience: 1. Breakfast - amount was okay but tasteless. 2. Service - Very bad. You have to request multiple times to get things done. 3. Rooms - Small, noisy, unclean. 4. Bathroom - Spacious. Badly maintained. 5. Price - Not at all a 1900 priced room (which as per them is a standard room for 3 persons but was actually just enough for 2 persons) 6. Parking - Good. They keep it locked at night. 7. Location - 1km walk from Rock beach. THIS IS NOT AT ALL SUITABLE FOR FAMILY STAY. Worst stay ever.
