The hotel was disgustingly dirty, including trash piled up for two days in elevator lobby. They were out of breakfast foods every day, including not having milk or many of the other standard items such as cream cheese for bagels, hot food, plastic utensils. The staff was friendly, however, so I will say that. But the hotel room was filthy, and I wasn’t even sure it was cleaned before I stayed there.

Candice is the greatest hotel manager I have come across ever. Very friendly always willing to help and goes above and beyond to meet guest requirements. As well as the young lady that works overnight. They do amazing for front of house. The Cleaning staff is also top tier, incredibly friendly no matter what time of day. GIVE THESE WOMEN A RAISE!!!!

Dirty. No hot water. Elevators barely work. Laundry lady cursed me out because I complained of no hot water.the outside looks decent but don't be fooled. Spend the extra couple of dollars and get a nice place.i was fooled by the fake good reviews

Stay away from this hotel ! I arrived at 9 in the night, since i have a booking for three nights, guarranted by credit card, and at my arrival the man in the hotel said that my credit card was no working and told me to go away ! I tried to convince him that first night was already payed but he told me to go away and i was forced to find another hotel and the worst is that i have payed for first night to me and my collegue because they said to booking.com that I didn't showed there. They are scammers and they make frauds, stay away from this hotel, i will make a legal claim against them to recover my money.
