This hotel is perfectly located in the center of Semarang city. It provides all the common amenities and facilities you may find in other 4-5 star hotels. The General Manager Ms Yuli is doing a very good job which is reflected from the warm welcome by the staff, the hospitality during our stay and the large menu variety you will find during breakfast... I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back in the near future...

Don’t expect a good house keeping

If you think you leave your room for 2-3 hours and expect that it will be cleaned up after you asked the house keeping and the front desk, the answer is you’re wrong. Even after it is cleaned, don’t expect the house keeping will replace your used glasses, dental kit, hygiene kit and tea bags, cause they don’t. Of course if you try to ask them why, they will come up with many excuses. Safe your breath… The hotel is nice for a trip where you just need the bed to sleep in, other than you will be disappointed…I am.

This is Aston? really?

We checked in on many Aston hotels and always feel satisfied, but this.. well.. I will straight to the point Plus + location is strategic + room is large (with but...) + breakfast has many variation and delicious ... as expected of Aston hotel + internet speed is quite good Minus - loose heath protocol, many people walk around without mask and no staff care about it - really small in room table (room 1115) , I can barely put my laptop there , i want to change room but they said it's fully booked .. seriously with room this large, it won't do any damage if you provide bigger desk - large room, sofa, but light is really dim, even one of the lamp is broken, mechanic exchange the bulb resulting some debris from roof falling and made the sofa dirty - bathroom is so small and no door for shower area so water will splash here and there - poor TV signal I usually use Aston hotel, I even wrote this in another Aston Hotel (Aston Cirebon which wayyy better than Aston Semarang) .. well I'm aware this is Aston Inn (which should has lower standard) but I didn't expect to be so much different :)

This hotel situated in Pandanaran, one of the strategic location in Semarang. It also near the airport, only take about 20 minutes from airport, in a normal situation. The food taste good, the room itself is comparatively small but well maintained. The air conditioner was working good, and all other amenities were also good. One thing that this hotel need to improve is a soundproof. From my room (310), I can still hear the sound coming from outside or in the room beside me. Overall is a great hotel and I really recommend it.
