The staff were lovely and welcoming. Our room was not ready at 11.30 (check in time was 10.30) and therefore had to wait half an hour which was frustrating as we’d been up since 2am. The room was clean and spacious. Not the most comfortable bed- not used to spring mattresses and the pillows were very flat. The hotel was close enough to all major sites, with the longest walk being half an hour to the colosseum and Vatican City respectively. Breakfast, although lovely, was very repetitive. It was at another hotel which was a 2-3 minute walk from ours. It consisted of either a croissant or a pain au chocolate. The staff during breakfast were wonderfully kind and helpful and we appreciated their efforts. Would we choose this room again? I’d say there are probably better ones out there.

Amazing hotel (just one floor) in the middle of everything. The suite with jacuzzi is amazing, and a long hot bath is just What one needs after walking all day, because everything is walking distance! Colloseum were the only sitr we had to take an uber to get to. The receptionist were incredibly positive and helpful. She gave us a lot of tips that turned out to be great smal surprises, such as the castillo s.Angelo being such an amazing place for couples, I had no idea! And the breakfast was amazing. Incredibly crispy and good tasting bread, butter and jelly. We could choose type of croissant and coffee on the side as well. But the most positive surprise were actually the orange juice. Very good start to the day. They cleared up the apartment really well, but I Wish they replaced the towers a little more often. And it would be better to have more of then, because given the amount ee were in water, it really could’ve been useful to at least have four big towels. But you could probably just text the receptionist and they will give you, but we didn’t think of doing this. Overall a perfect place to stay to get the most out of Rome.

Such a great place to stay in the heart of Rome. This was our first visit, and we loved every moment. The location of Ara Suite was perfect to reach all major sites on foot. The room was lovely, and Enrico was beyond helpful throughout the stay from the moment we landed. He provided us with info on where to visit and how to get there to ensure we didn’t miss anything during our stay. The one small issue we had with the fridge in the room was sorted out immediately. It’s the first place I’ve stayed where you are in immediate contact via WhatsApp, and it really helped us relax knowing everything was being dealt with as and when needed.

I have stayed at this hotel to organize a weekend away for my partner. The staff were fantastic at organizing the room as I asked. Very helpful and lovely people. Unfortunately, the hotel looks way better in pictures than in reality. They had a great photographer! :)

I stayed at the suite 4 in September 2021. Loved the place, the comfy mattress and quality bed linen, the cleanliness and quietness, location is just great - in less that 10 min you can reach piazza Navona, via Corso etc etc but most of all I liked the great hydro-massage shower with the colourful lights. It was so nice to take a contrast shower after a long day in Rome and feel recharged and rested. Many thanks to the staff for their help and nice approach. The only thing missing - tea kettle would be great as well as bathrobes. It doesn't cost too much but certainly adds quality. Hope to be back soon. Grazie mille!
