If I could give less I would! This is not a hotel. It is self check in and the manager is very rude only communicating on whatsapp. There is no reception so I wasn’t able to settle payment. He refused to answer questions and then told me to leave to find another place. Awful experience

Initially very responsive about late check in. The cut off for check in was not clear when booked. When we arrived the problems started. I was asked if I knew about the xtra fee for late check in - I was not and too tired to argue. No credit card; cash only; no change; city tax- cash only - no receipt. Room was atrocious; broken and non working lights; dingy, very tired and poor decoration; grubby sheets; most uncomfortable bed I have slept in. Bathroom was a disgrace. Broken glass shelf support; broken door on shower cabinet with makeshift shower curtain. All we wanted was a decent bed for the night as late arrival and very early train. All we got was a sleepless night. Worst accommodation we have experienced.

The room was good and spacious. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is basic and the shower is small. I thought good value for money. The hotel is close to the station and walking distance to some attractions. Not sure about the area, there are nicer areas. Ladies be on guard, I was propositioned by a waiter in the area... All was fine until I had to deal with reception. I asked the manager if I could leave my bag for the day and mentioned the time ect (he understood me perfectly, I also spoke in Italian). He was friendly and said yes but when I went to pick up my bag, the staff member (who I had spoken to in the morning about my bag) got very angry with me when I went to pick up my bag because it was past her working hours. I felt so bad but the manager should have told me no to begin with. The only way to contact this hotel is by email. The phone number doesn't work. Although the accommodation facilities were fine, I recommend going elsewhere.

- plus: location - near the train station and close enough to the attraction points - e.g.: 30 minutes to walk to the Colosseum - the bed was comfortable - carpet on the floor - flat TV - there were many blankets in the closet - a little attention: small breakfast (coffee, tea, croissants) - all items mentioned in the booking were available (e.g.: hairdryer) - minus: floor tiles - old and dirty - the shower cabin had a curtain that smelled bad - dirty walls - I think the word: "deluxe" from the name of hotel it's a little bit too much

Clean, comfortable, a couple of minutes away from Termini and near to lots of restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Really good value for money. It was good to see tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
