My fiancé and I frequent Vegas alot. We’ve stayed at a number of quality hotels on and off the strip with the occasional airbnb. On this particular trip we decided to stay at the Aria since neither of us have been before. That’s when all hell breaks loose. I opted to use the mobile app to check in, the mobile app crashed and experienced several issues delaying our initial check in. Ultimately having to come inside and wait 45 min to check in. Once in the room we noticed surfaces weren’t thoroughly clean. Sheets had a disturbing amount of stains on them. The automated curtains didn’t work correctly which was frustrating. Upon check out i final received a text and the app finally started working and showed me my charges and to my surprise there was an extra $150 charge on my bill for a room upgrade. Our room was never upgraded and the view was of the back of the hotel. I immediately contacted the front desk and was advised to come to the desk in person to resolve the matter. The matter was corrected and was given an updated itemized receipt of the room charges but i was already charged for the initial deposit and upgrade charge. This all took place on May 6th, it is now May 21st and my funds are still being held by Aria. Nothing has been credited or refunded. I have spoken with my bank and they keep telling me it’s Aria and when i contacted Aria several times they simply say the funds were released on the 6th. I have never experienced a situation like this from any hotel anywhere. It is absurd. We will never stay at this facility ever again.

We have stayed at several other hotels in Las Vegas previously but the Aria is definitely our favorite. It is located between the Cosmopolitan and the Park which is a great location. We love the fact that when you walk out the elevators - the casino floor is right there as well as several food options. It has a great nightlife with many bars and lounges to pick which are open late for your convenience. If you just want to chill as we do sometimes - there are many comfortable seating areas to choose. Their rooms are out of this world and the service is definitely elite - they will assist you in everything that you may need. We will most certainly be back here again.

This is my second time staying at the Aria. Both times, the room has been lacking. The windows are so dirty you can’t hardly see out of them. The staff is unfriendly. They won't look at you when you are speaking to them. Dust bunnies are all over the room, and white dog fur is on the table and chairs. While I love dogs, I don't love white fur on my business clothes. There are long hairs all over the bathroom, in the shower drain, and on the tile. The glasses are dirty and have not been cleaned. The shower door is nasty. They provide full-size bottles of toiletries, and they have a guard to keep them from being opened, but housekeeping has not cleaned them either. This room is unacceptable. This room is filthy. I’ve asked to be moved 4 or 5 times, even to a higher floor, and they won’t do it as they say they’re at 102% capacity. For the price, this is low quality. Go to the Cosmopolitan, Wynn, or the Bellagio. This is my last time staying here. Room 15216 is filthy

We saw the Aria featured in the movie about Michael Douglas’s character’s bachelor party……my wife wanted to stay there and do we did…….it is not a theme generated property and the ambience was nice but nothing to write home about as the expression goes…..the lobby seating were all hard marble and uncomfortable…..the rooms were nice but , again, nothing special……..the gaming was very disappointing…..table games were limited to mostly high minimum limit blackjack….during the day $25 minimum could be found but at night mostly $100 ….. I had hoped for 2 table games that I play mostly in other casinos….no such luck…..smoking is permitted just about everywhere from what I experienced here …..we will not be back….
