In light of the recent COVID-19 outbreak, certain airlines have confirmed their policy for cancellation with full refund, and date change without penalty*.

The situation is still evolving and airlines continue to review their policies for approving cancellations and date changes (reschedule). We recommend you check this page 2-3 weeks prior to your travel date to ensure we have the latest policy information for your travel.

Should you wish to cancel a flight that is currently not eligible for a full refund, standard cancellation fees per the airline’s policy, will apply.
* Please note that for flight change requests, any difference in fare will be charged; only the amendment penalty is waived.
