How many PAYBACK Points do I earn?
- Earn 3 Points for every 100 rupees spent on the mobile app.

How does PAYBACK work on Cleartrip?
PAYBACK members can redeem and earn reward Points on Cleartrip, with every flight and hotel booking.
How do I earn PAYBACK Points on Cleartrip?
Existing PAYBACK member simply needs to enter the PAYBACK linked mobile number in the ‘PAYBACK’ field while making a booking on Cleartrip to earn Points.
When will I get my newly earned PAYBACK Points?
For flight bookings, the points will be credited to your PAYBACK account as soon as the booking is confirmed, and you can redeem them immediately on your very next booking.
For hotel bookings, the points will be credited immediately in your PAYBACK account. Redemption can be carried out post-checkout from the hotel.
How do I redeem PAYBACK Points on Cleartrip?
It’s simple. You can redeem your existing PAYBACK Points before you proceed to the payment screen. Simply enter the mobile number and PIN linked to your PAYBACK account in the fields provided, that’s it!
Note: Redemption of PAYBACK Points is not applicable on the convenience fee

I don’t have a PAYBACK Account. How do I sign up?
Post completion of your booking on Cleartrip, you will see an option to sign up for PAYBACK on the confirmation screen. Provide the required information, and you’ll be on your way to having a PAYBACK account. Post account activation, we’ll credit the points you earned with the completed booking. How many points can I redeem at a time?
You can redeem as many points as you want, as long as the value of the points redeemed is equal to or less than the value of the flight/hotel you book. PAYBACK points can be redeemed in multiples of four (4) only. Every PAYBACK point is valued at INR 0.25.
Ex: If you have 1111 PAYBACK points and you wish to redeem them all, then the system would allow you to redeem only 1108 PAYBACK points (multiple of four) only.
What happens if I cancel my flight?
Not a problem. We will refund the booking amount after deducting the airline cancellation fees to the original payment source (credit card/debit card/mobile wallet/PAYBACK Points, etc.)
The cancellation fee will be adjusted first against the PAYBACK Points redeemed at the time of booking. If the cancellation fee exceeds the value of the points redeemed, the remaining amount will be adjusted against the original payment source. If the cancellation fee is less than the value of the points redeemed, the remaining PAYBACK Points will be credited to your PAYBACK account.
And what happens if I cancel my hotel booking?
If your hotel offers free cancellations, a full refund will be initiated as soon as you cancel. Any PAYBACK Points you redeemed on this booking will be credited back to your PAYBACK account, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment source (credit card/debit card/mobile wallet/net banking.)
If cancellation charges are applicable, then the cancellation fee will be adjusted first against the PAYBACK Points redeemed at the time of booking. If the cancellation fee exceeds the value of the points redeemed, the remaining amount will be adjusted against the original payment source.
If the cancellation fee is less than the value of the points redeemed, the remaining PAYBACK Points will be credited to your PAYBACK account.
Note: Some hotel bookings on Cleartrip are non-refundable. Please remember to review the hotel’s cancellation policy before you book.
I made a booking, but I didn’t earn any points.
That’s a bummer. Unfortunately, you can only earn points if your phone number is verified by PAYBACK. We recommend reaching out to the PAYBACK Support team to resolve the issue.

How do I know if my mobile number is verified?
At the itinerary page, you can enter your 10-digit mobile number in the ‘PAYBACK’ section. If your mobile number is verified, you would be requested to proceed with your PIN. If your number is not verified “Not a PAYBACK Member” would be displayed on the screen. Post completion of your booking you can choose to sign up and be a PAYBACK member.
I’m not able to redeem my points, help!
Please check that you have entered your PAYBACK linked mobile number and PIN correctly. If you are still unable to redeem the points, please get in touch with PAYBACK Support team for additional support.
Can I redeem PAYBACK Points when making a booking for someone else?
Yes, absolutely! Be sure to enter the phone number and PIN linked to your PAYBACK account, and you can redeem your points against the booking.
By signing up for PAYBACK through Cleartrip, you agree to the terms and conditions applicable to all PAYBACK members. Issuing of memberships will be at the sole discretion of PAYBACK, subject to the fulfillment of the requisite criteria.
