Etihad Airways offers flexible changes for eligible booking

1. Who qualifies under this policy?
The policy applies to guests holding tickets issued on or after 06 March 2026 for travel scheduled between 06 March 2026 and 31 March 2027.

2. What changes are covered?
Eligible tickets are permitted a one‑time date change with fees waived.

3. Are guests required to pay anything when changing travel dates?
While the change fee is waived, guests may still be required to pay a fare difference where applicable

4. Do no-show penalties apply?
Yes. No-show fees continue to apply.

5. Does the policy apply to all fare brands?
Yes, the waiver applies to all cabins and public fare brands

6. Does this apply to codeshare or interline flights?
The waiver applies when the ticket is issued on EY fares and stock.

7. Can guests change their origin or destination?
Changes to origin or destination are allowed only where fare rules permit. Fare differences and any applicable taxes will apply.

8. What if the original booking class is not available?
If the original class is unavailable on the new date, the ticket can be rebooked for the next available class, but fare differences will apply.

9. Are upgrades allowed?
Yes, guests may upgrade to a higher cabin by paying the fare difference / upgrade fee.

10. Do seat purchases and ancillaries transfer to the new flight?
Paid ancillaries can be transferred if the same product is available on the new flight.

11. Does the one free of charge change apply to redemptions or groups tickets?
No, this does not apply for groups and redemptions tickets.

12. Can Basic brand be re-issued to higher brands?
One free of charge change applies to Basic brand. Basic brand can be re-issued only to Basic brand.

• In case of cancellations of booking (in part or full), the instant savings amount will not be refunded and the standard cancellation policy of Cleartrip (as specified on the Cleartrip website) will apply
• If there is any rescheduling of flights, the fare difference and standards airlines charges for the same have to be borne by the customer and will not be borne by Cleartrip
• Cleartrip reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this discount at any time in its sole discretion.
• Cleartrip is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms
• Cleartrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, Cleartrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
• In no event, the entire liability of Cleartrip under this offer shall exceed the booking amount paid by the customer. Cleartrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
• These terms and conditions are in addition to Cleartrip.com
• Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree by using cleartrip.com, and also in addition to the conditions applicable to the booking of flight/airline tickets. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular discount only.
• By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither Cleartrip nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
