Terms and Conditions
1.The coupon code is applicable only on Limited hotels and can be used only once. For any subsequent bookings during the offer period, the coupon would not be applicable. This discount is applicable only on purchases of above INR 2,499/- for Domestic & above INR 3,999/- for International Hotels.
2.To avail the discount, simply enter the coupon code CTMAX before making the payment with your debit/credit card, net banking, UPI, and wallets and the discount amount shall be deducted from the amount payable by you. This discount is not applicable for payments made by cash.
3.The discount is valid per booking. In case you book more than 1 adult/ ticket/ segment in a single transaction, you will still receive the discount on per booking basis only.
4.In the event of a cancellation (in part or in full), the entire discount provided will be deducted from the refund amount
5.Travel dates to avail this discount are completely open. This discount is valid on Adult & Child bookings only and is not valid for infants under 2 years of age.
6.The discount can be availed on Cleartrip.com and the Cleartrip mobile application. The discount cannot be clubbed with any other discount/cash-back/offer that may be available on Cleartrip.com
7.Cleartrip reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this discount at any time in its sole discretion.
8.Cleartrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
9.Cleartrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
10.In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, Cleartrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
11. In no event the entire liability of Cleartrip under this offer shall exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
12.Cleartrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
13.These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
14.These terms and conditions are in addition to Cleartrip.com Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using cleartrip.com and also in addition to the conditions applicable to hotel bookings. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular discount only.
15.By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither Cleartrip nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
16.The discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of his/her own volition. Any person availing this discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

- Make payment with any Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking. Not applicable on Third Party Wallet, cash and pay at hotel
- This offer is not valid on “Book on Request” hotels. Also not valid if you choose "Part Pay" as a payment option
- Discount percentage will be calculated on Base Fare (Rate exclusive of taxes)
- Check-in and check-out time is applicable as confirmed by the hotel
- On the Hotels Search Results Page, all eligible Hotels will display the offer message tag while non-eligible Hotels will not display the offer message tag
- If you book any non-eligible hotel, your booking will be confirmed but you will not receive any discount for this transaction
- During the booking process, always check if you have correctly entered the coupon code CTMAX. If not, then you will not receive any discount
- You can avail this offer only once. If you transact more than once, you will still be able to book but will not avail any cashback on your second transaction
- The cashback is valid per transaction. In case you book more than 1 guest/room/room night in a single transaction. you will still receive discount on per transaction basis only
- Cancellation and No Show charges: If the reservation is cancelled or in case of No Show, offer will not be applicable
