“Cleartrip Rewards” program is an initiative by Cleartrip aimed at offering exclusive rewards to its members for their continuous patronage & engagement.
The structure of the rewards program is as follows:

• With the first 3 eligible bookings, you get 3 Activities or Eat out coupons worth Rs. 500 each (coupon can be redeemed for a minimum transaction value of Rs. 1000 or more)
• With additional 3 eligible bookings, you get 1 Hotel booking free worth Rs 3500.
• With additional 6 eligible bookings, you get 1 Flight booking free worth Rs 5000.

You earn rewards based on your bookings with Cleartrip.

• Any booking made on following products will be an eligible booking for the “Cleartrip Rewards” program
  • Domestic and International Flights
  • Domestic and International Hotels
  • Bookings made only on Cleartrip.com website and Mobile apps are eligible
• For 3 Activities or Eat out coupon codes: Minimum 3 flight or hotel bookings with atleast 1 flight booking. The total combined fare of the 3 bookings needs to be atleast Rs 10,000 eg. If you do 3 bookings which combine to Rs 9,800 you will not be eligible to receive the 3 Activities or Eat out coupon codes OR If you do 3 bookings combining to Rs 10,000 but do not do any flight booking you will not be eligible to receive the 3 Activities or Eat out coupon codes.
• For free hotel room night coupon code: Additional 3 flight or hotel bookings with atleast 1 flight booking. The total combined fare of all the 6 bookings done since enrollment into the program needs to be atleast Rs 30,000
• For free flight coupon code: Additional 6 flight or hotel bookings with atleast 3 hotel bookings since enrollment into the program. The total combined fare of the 12 bookings done since enrollment needs to be atleast Rs 70,000
  Please note that you will be eligible to get the free flight coupon only if atleast 6 of the total 12 bookings since enrollment have to have the name of a single person as the traveler. Also, you will be eligible only for one free flight coupon for the entire duration of the program
• Program duration: The bookings must be completed by 31 December, 2017 to receive the free coupon codes
• Minimum booking value: The minimum booking value of each transaction should be atleast Rs 1000 to be eligible for receiving the free coupon codes.

Whenever you book any flight or hotel on Cleartrip.com or on the Cleartrip mobile app on or after 02 November 2015, you automatically get auto enrolled into the Cleartrip Rewards program. You will also get an auto email confirming your enrollment into the program.

With the “Cleartrip Rewards” program, earning rewards is extremely simple. Once you cross the eligibility criteria you will receive an email within 24 hours with the details of the reward & the redemption process. The free coupon codes will have a validity of 60 days from the receipt of the email containing the free coupon codes. The bookings made using the free coupon codes need to be made on the Cleartrip app.

• Only bookings made post enrolling into the program and made using the email id used to enroll into the program will be considered for the offer.
• All the flight or hotel bookings need to be made using the same email id. Bookings using different email ids will not be considered for this offer.
• Only flight or hotel bookings will be considered for this program. Packages, Bus, Train and Activities bookings are excluded.
• Pay at hotel bookings will also not be considered for this offer.
• Cancelled booking will not be considered. Eg. If you make 2 bookings and cancel 1 booking, your booking count will be treated as 1.
• When you finish 3 eligible bookings, you will get the 3 coupon codes for Activities or Eat out. Once you get the 3 coupon codes, your next 3 eligible bookings will qualify for the free hotel room night coupon code. Once you get the hotel room night coupon code, your next 6 eligible bookings you will qualify for the free flight coupon code. Your next booking after these 12 bookings will again be eligible for the next round of free Activities or Eat out coupon codes & free hotel room night. But you will not be eligible for any more free flight coupon codes.

• The “Cleartrip Rewards” program offer structure, benefits and terms and conditions in this format are valid from 02 November 2015 onwards.
• Membership to the “Cleartrip Rewards” program is at the sole discretion of Cleartrip Pvt Ltd and it may refuse membership to any applicant without assigning any reasons.
• Cleartrip employees, Cleartrip Elite & Cleartrip Select members will not be eligible to join this program.
• The Member solicits and authorizes Cleartrip to contact him by voice call, sms and/ or email for the purpose of this “Cleartrip Rewards” program
• Customer acknowledges that as this offer is complementary, no service deficiency claims or compensation claims shall be maintainable against Cleartrip.
• “Cleartrip Rewards” program at all times remains the property of Cleartrip, which reserves the right at any time and without giving notice to such member to withdraw the membership and benefits arising from it.
• Cleartrip shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfill any of its obligations under this agreement due to any natural or man-made disasters or change in law or for any other reasons beyond its control.
• Cleartrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from termination or change of the “Cleartrip Rewards” program or any of its facilities, benefits or arrangements which are made available to the members enrolled into the program.
• The offer is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• Misuse of “Cleartrip Rewards” program or the membership benefits may result in termination of the membership or withdrawal of benefits at the sole discretion of Cleartrip.
• If you are part of the Reward Program for your travel bookings on cleartrip.com than you will not be part of the Reward Program on cleartrip.ae and vice versa. The membership cannot be exchanged and is not transferable.
• Cleartrip reserves the right to terminate the Program, by giving 15 working days notice to all “Cleartrip Rewards” program enrolled members.
• Cleartrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms and conditions.
• The program is open for Indian citizens who are 18 years and above.
• Cleartrip reserves the right to change or withdraw the program, anytime at the sole discretion of the Management. The terms and conditions of this program are subject to change without any prior notice. Disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
• The Rewards coupon codes will be valid only for bookings made with your credit or debit card.
