FAQs
- Offer is valid on any International round trip / multicity flights, any hotel or any activity in UAE available on Cleartrip.ae & Cleartrip Smartphone Mobile application.
- Offer is valid until 17th April 2019. However the travel/accommodation dates are completely open.
- To avail the offer you must enter the coupon code (CTNAJM) before payment while booking with your Najm credit card. If incorrect coupon code is entered, the Offer shall not be valid.
- The discount shall not include any Government taxes and service charges and the same shall be borne by the customer & is applicable on base fare.
- Offer applicable on payments with Najm credit cards only. Cleartrip wallet cannot be used for payment along with this promotion.
- In case you cancel the booking (in part or full) the entire discount availed for the said booking will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The offer shall be non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-encashable.
- Not valid on IVR/Phone transactions made with Cleartrip Customer Care.
- The offer is valid per transaction. In case you book more than 1 passenger/ ticket/ segment/ room/ night/ room night in a single transaction, you will still receive the discount on per transaction basis only.
- Cardholder can avail the offer only thrice per card during the Offer period. If the cardholder transacts more than three times, the booking will be confirmed but no discount will be given on the 4th transaction.
