Terms and condition for free cancellation:
- The free cancellation offer is valid only on Domestic flight bookings made between the offer period : 06 October (1000 Hours) – 18 October 2017 (1000 Hours).
- The free cancellation offer is valid only on Domestic flight bookings made for travel till 31 December 2017. If this is a round trip booking, both legs of the booking should be prior to 31 December else the offer will not be valid.
- Offer is valid only on Non Stop One Way and Round Trip Flights.(Not valid on Multicity bookings or bookings with stopovers).
- The offer is valid only on first 2000 made bookings using the coupon code “DIWALI”. Please check the counter on the offer details page to see the balance coupons anytime during the day. Bookings without the coupon code will not be eligible.
- Maximum cancellation cover is 3000 in One Way flights and 6000 in Round Trip flights.
- Free Cancellation offer is applicable only for single passenger booking.
- Offer is applicable on both Refundable and Non-refundable flights.
- In order to get the benefit of Free Cancellation, the customer needs to cancel the ticket at-least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
- Cleartrip shall not levy any cancellation fee of its own.
- Convenience Fee charged by Cleartrip at the time of booking will not be refunded in any circumstances.
- Any discounts or cashback availed by the customer while making the booking will be deducted while processing the refund.
- For cancelling the booking, the customer needs to cancel online or call the Cleartrip Customer Care.
- The refund amount as per the fare rules will be credited to the payment channel that the customer chooses at the time of cancellation (and such refund, if at all, into Cleartrip wallet will have no expiry). The airline cancellation/penalty fee will be credited only to the Customer’s Cleartrip Wallet within 48 hours of cancellation. This wallet money will have an expiry period of 60 days from the date of credit.
