'Located at the foothills of Tirumala is the Iskcon Tirupati Temple. The temple was first inaugurated in the early 1980s, and today draws over 5,000 devotees each day. Much like the other Iskcon temples around the world, this one too is dedicated to Lord Krishna and his companion Radha. The temple board also has an in-house educational facility, and the complex consists of a hall that displays artworks about Krishna’s doings, an audio-visual theatre, a guest house and a soon-to-be-opened restaurant. With the backdrop of the hills, the temple, its complex and the deity within paint a fine picture. '
