'The Indira Gandhi Tulip Garden in Srinagar was earlier called Model Floriculture Centre, Sirajbagh, Cheshmashahi. This garden was built around 2006 by former Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad to promote floriculture and tourism in the state. The largest tulip garden in Asia, it is spread out over 12 hectares of land, and is home to over two million different kinds of colorful tulips. Not only is the garden a treat for sore eyes, but the location also offers stunning views of Dal Lake and the surrounding city. The Indira Gandhi Tulip Garden is a great place for photo opportunities and a popular tourist spot.'
