'Panchakki in Aurangabad is a marvelous example of intelligent technology used in the olden days. The Panchakki was a flour mill that was run on energy generated by water. The water channels and pipelines of this fascinating piece of engineering are still intact. The mill is in the premises of a 17th century shrine of Baba Shah Musafir, a Sufi saint. The memorial and tomb of the saint are located here and visited by a large number of pilgrims throughout the year. The Panchakki mill was in fact constructed to grind flour for the pilgrims. The site is worth a visit for the mill and to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. '
