Hi friend, I want to share my experience about this hotel. If you are coming for a visit of Delhi/NCR, The Royale Park is the place where you can stay blindly. Every facility of a 3 star hotel is available and behavior of persons was really great. The location of this hotel is really good everything is easily available like shopping mall and conveyance. The best part is in every corner of Delhi/NCR you will find a hotel of the same group like Gurgaon, Greater Noida, Delhi and 2 in Noida itself. In the last I will say when you'll come this time on a trip so must have an experience of this group. Hats Off !!

Hotel is located near to metro station, and is budgeted.
Rooms are not clean, A/c are old. If your are looking for good service this is not the hotel.
Over all property in not that good but would do for 1 or 2 day stay.

1. When I reached the hotel, the receptionist told me that the hotel had not received the payment voucher (I had booked online through Cleartrip). At around 4:00 pm on
that day the money had been deducted from my account and at 2:00 am the next day there was confusion regarding the transfer of money to the hotel. 2. Anyway, the receptionist agreed to sort the matter out in the morning, took me to the last room on the top floor (no lift) which extended (from the remaining array of rooms on that floor) out into an open terrace (the scary not the beautiful type) with some (check this out) some construction work remains right in front of the room door. The room was shady of sorts, strange odour, uncomfortable bed, awful blankets (I managed with the blanket I was carrying along), the washroom was decent though. In the morning the construction work resumed and disturbed my sleep. 3. The hotel bill indicated Rs. 2143 whereas cleartrip had charged me Rs. 2583. I don't know whether Cleartrip charged the remaining as booking fees or was there some (intentional) "loss in transaction" that led me to that horrible room. I had an important interview on the next day. It didn't go well. Somehow the tone for the day was set by my hotel experience.

Booked 4 nights in this place, only stayed for one. It smells, it has bugs, you can see how many time it has been repainted because a lot of it
is peeling of the walls....
Tableware in the "restaurant" was filthy. No internet despite what the website says.
Area is industrial at best, streets not that safe.
I would recommend sleeping in a ditch before using this place.
Cleartrip’s hotel ratings take into account numerous factors such as independent rating systems like FHRAI, media recognition and post-trip feedback from our customers. We make all attempts to keep this information up to date, but cannot guarantee service levels at the hotel to be consistent.
