We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Banaras. The hotel is in a quiet and clean area next to a fully stocked multi-floor mall complete with movie theater and grocery store (helpful for buying water and necessities). We found the service incredibly helpful with finding a non-smoking room. The rooms are very clean and good size with space to lounge and rest after a hot day. The showers had great water pressure. Every single staff member was open, friendly and responsive (in particular Mudita and Anish, the duty managers and restaurant staff). The wifi was strong and complementary. When we requested additional tea or water in the room, the room service was impressively quick. The food is outstanding with breakfast and dinner buffet that changes daily. The staff is aware of food allergies like gluten and were able to modify buffet items to be gluten free especially for us, which was truly incredible. We also found the prices reasonable and affordable. We will definitely stay here again in the future and enthusiastically recommend it to others!

Ramada Varanasi is one of the best hotels of the city, Rooms are specious and nicely maintained. Breakfast was very good. Friendly Staff. Advantage is that it is adjoining a Mall which have top food outlets and Cinema. Would like to stay again when visited Varanasi.Swapnil Garg

Varanasi was the final stop on our tour of India, and the Ramada Plaza brought our vacation to a pleasant end. The rooms, staff, food, and services were excellent. The young woman who greeted us when we arrived and saw to our needs when we were leaving helped make our stay at this hotel memorable.

Pluses: Very nice location, good property, well maintained. Checkin was quick, room size was quite big as compared to similar hotels elsewhere, pretty comfortable stay.Minuses: Food prices are very high, breakfast spread is okay but the quality is really bad; no bed side plug points in the room; very small bathroom.

Varanasi as a location is WILD yet slow and the Ramada Plaza acts as an amazing host to travellers that are weary after a days worth of sightseeing.
I initially reached Varanasi on the friday evening. As soon as I arrived, the staff at the reception desk were prompt on giving me a room access card and arranged for me to meet the travel desk that same night.
Once finished with reception, a tall fairly aged bell boy with glasses took my luggage and directed me to my room. The bell boy started off friendly, however, by the time I reached my room he was trying to sell the idea of me hiring a tour of Varanasi through his friends because it would be much cheaper for me. Now normally I am fine with local Indians trying to sell me stuff however, I thought it was quite unprofessional. In the end, after 10 minutes of conversation of the bell boy trying to sell me his local tour, I managed to finally get him out of my room. (Only negative point about Ramada Plaza). I can't tell if he meant well however, one would expect more from a staff member of the Ramada plaza.
On the plus side, the room was very clean (although the bathroom could do with a makeover), well equiped and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the food was decent. The travel desk was also very helpful, and although a bit overpriced (which one would expect as its the Ramada Plaza), provided a great guide named Abhishek who showed me Varanasi.
The staff member who really stood out for me was Brijkishan. Brijkishan was extremely hospitable and provided great information and always willing to help.
All in all, a great trip and would definitely go back to the Ramada Plaza.
