I have stayed in many hotels around the world and used to wonder, is there any place where, I am not treated like a high value or low value commodity, depending on where I stayed. I found the answer in Radisson Blu, Greater Noida. From check in to check out for 4 days, I found professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, and a great personal touch in every aspect. Friendly and efficient staff, great food in restraunts, great bar and willingness to go out of way to help customer. Great place to stay in Greater Noida. Would recommend always.

We stayed at Radisson Blu for a night. We fully enjoyed and had a relaxed weekend. The hotel staff is extremely cordial and friendly. Food was nice. Just a suggestion we they could little improve their swimming pool and area

Went in Radisson blu for one of the wedding being held in their Hall/ballroom. The host has also booked room for us on the 9th floor which were of business suites, The rooms were big,neat and well maintained. Stayed in room for 3-4 hours and then stayed in the hall over night.The food was great ,best part was the deserts which were good,great and in plenty of variety

Its a nice place, i visit here on regular basis but stayed for the 1st time and i don't have any disappointment from the hotel. The staff is polite and always ready to help you. For relaxation time with family. its a best place to be.

quality is ok. but price is not competitive in that area. This is just industrial area. for expo visitors is good.

Good service by Restaurant guys and room service too but sorry to say it was really sad experience we had ever till date dealing with front desk. We asked to show 1 guest instead of 2 on bill as same had to be submitted to company and i know same would have done been rather than giving silly excuses by your Duty Manager(Lady). I am very much sure that you guys would have already be doing it on guest request to your corporate clients as most of the hotels do but we were okay with it as your Duty Manager said its illegal, but after 10 minutes of departure we called up the hotel again and spoke to Duty Manager for extending our check out time till 6 as there was change in our plan and we were aware of 6PM late check out service of Radisson Blu but same was denied by the same lady saying that same would cost us extra one night, I mean is it a big deal for you guys to cancel the check out just after 10 minutes of departure. Icing on the cake was we were not even offered wash and change or any other alternate time for late check out earlier that 6. This is the first hotel where we had such kind of experience. Just could not believe that in such a competitive market how can you guys afford to be so rigid and not being flexible at all. I wish I could have chosen some other hotel in the first place only rather than shifting on last night to another hotel. Keep on going like this guys soon your rivals will roll you over. Last but not the least 5% discount on Food bills being club carlson member was given after asking upon departure for same and had to wait for 10 minutes. I believe you got our main concern.
