When I tried to book this hotel, online, I was unable to make a booking due to the fact that many rooms had been pre-booked as part of a bix
exposition that was taking place at the same time as my vist. So, I emailed the hotel directly and the customer manager arranged a room for me to permit me to stay close to the offices I was visiting. This was just the start of an impeccable service.
I was initially given a standard room but this was upgraded to a business suite on the 2nd day of my stay at no extra cost.
All of the food that I had, both breakfasts and evening meals were excellent. There is a wide choice on the menu (both european and indian dishes) and the quality of cooking and presentation is quite high for such a small establishment.
I made use of the airport pick-up and drop-off service and on both occasions, the drivers were not the typical hell-for-leather drivers. These drivers were considerate, conscious of the effect that Indian chaotic driving conditions can have on non-Indians and were also talkative when I felt like talking and professionally quiet when i didn't.
All in all, my short (4-day) stay was one of the best that i have had when visiting India on business (which i do at least 2 or 3 times a year).
I would strongly recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in the Greater Noida area.

We have left today, and we misss the big size of room, it was a junior suite. The food at restaurant Satin, was delicious indeed, and people who work at
the restaurant are fantastic, always ready to smile and the service is perfect! Sandeep Barua always with a kind smile and ready to do his best to make your dinner the most enjoyable experience, thank you very much Sandeep, we will always remember you !
Sonu Kumar assistant restaurant mannager, very professional, and rushes to have your order on time., thank you very much !
All doormen etc also utterly nice.
The only downside, was the second day (we stayed for 5 nights) I asked someone at reception desk where was lounge room and if it was available for us , as we were in room 802 junior suite....
He said we weren't able to go because our suite was an upgrade , I answered it was not, as we had paid for a junior suite through Agoda, he said no again. As it was not so important, i did not insist, but it was definetly our right to go there.
This is not acceptable for a reception employee, because reception workers are the first "faces" you see from any hotel , General manager should tell people like Sandeep Barua to teach these kind of employees how to give clients the best service , because hotels exist because we pay for our stays. They are not doing us any favour .
Please general manager do not answer me, Its useless, just do,your job.

There are two floor earmarked for smokers. Unfortunately the staff allows smoking in practically all rooms. Massive stale smell in the rooms and bed linens makes it hugely uncomfortable for non-smokers. If you are a non-smoker, make sure you check the room first before settling down. The Hotel is used mainly by foreigners - workers/technicians primarily. They create ruckus after drinking binges and hotel staff have to interfere to restore peace. Net connectivity is average. Breakfast is complimentary and is pretty average. The idli's are hopeless. North indian cusiine is good..

Staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect when going to IHGF. Rooms are ok, but for the entire week there was only lukewarm water in the shower every morning. Minibar was not restocked before I asked and bed linen needs to be replaced, washed out and twice I experienced stains on pillowcase and duvet cover. The driver who took me to the airport was driving like the car was stolen and radio on full, in Delhi traffic it was a bit uncomfortable. Not sure I am staying here next time.

The Radisson Blu is a nice building with good amenities. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel has a couple areas to eat. The food is
ok but certainly does not reflect the price you pay for it.
Power on the premises seems to be an issue. During our stay we encountered power outages that pot-marked every day. Although not a problem for the average traveler, anyone requiring constant power source will have problems. Certainly do not rely on a plug in alarm clock to wake you up in the morning.
The Service on site varied quite a bit depending on the staff member. Although we witnessed good service from the majority of the staff our stay was definitely soured by poor service from a handful of staff. Breakfast always seemed to be a fiasco. Staff members would take your order and then simply not deliver. If you order toast it could take 15 minutes if it shows up at all. You best just make it yourself. Pertaining to taste, the regular coffee is lackluster. If you venture to the Mint lounge and order a latte for the equivalent of $4.00 US you will receive a diminutive sized portion that tastes like instant coffee with warm milk.
As noted above the rooms are nice but there are issues. When I first arrived I plugged my computer into the receptacle only to blow the circuit breaker. I then sat in the dark for 10 minutes while the issue was remedied. Although my lights came back, my power sockets did not come back to life anywhere in the room. Wildlife was also a surprise I did not expect. One evening I was greeted by a gecko on my wall. I personally don’t mind such creatures so I did not bother removing it. He stuck around for a night or two. If you are squeamish about such things, remind yourself you are in India and find another room.
The hotel looks impressive at first glance, but our experience was one of mediocrity for the price paid. That being said, the issues of service can be fixed if the hotel seeks to do it. In defense of the staff I do think they suffer from dealing with a pretty heavy load of demanding and rude travel folk. Unfortunately being polite with the staff is not always reciprocated.
