This hotel was very clean and spacious with great service. It was at ideal walking distance from the main ghats and the old city. It is also very close to the Baba Kinaram Ashram if you happen to be interested in Shaivite Hinduism, as I am! I stayed here and it was the ideal distance from the hustle and bustle.

I just spent 4 nights at this hotel in Varanasi and really had a wonderful time. The hotel team is super friendly and attentive and helped me find my way around the city. I had a very large and quiet room towards the back of the hotel and never heard any noise. The location is a bit outside the main commercial areas but it is a super nice walk along the Ganges river to get to the busier sections. The hotel also has a great vegetarian restaurant where I had many meals. Varanasi is unmissable!

There were good amenities like TV, fridge, geyser and fantastic mattress. The service was very nice. This is a very nice budget hotel in Varanasi near to Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Ganga Ghats. Overall it was a nice stay. No complaints, it has good ambiance and also good breakfast spread.

This hotel is well located for sightseeing on the Ganges and is quite clean and reasonably priced. It has a small restaurant so one can stay indoor at night, if not felling to go out. Nice amd friendly staff

I was in Varanasi for 6 days and was looking for a simple and clean place to stay and Cresent Villa fit the bill perfectly. I had a little trouble
finding the place so a good landmark is "Kinara Baba's Ashram" (translates to the place where the "River" Hermit resides). The room was clean although the bed sheets need to be washed thoroughly since there were a few stains which were visible. Upon request, I immediately got neatly ironed sheets. The food was delicious and being a vegetarian, the hotel restaurant food just hit the spot. The most impressive part of my stay was the friendliness and the hospitality of the hotel staff. I was always greeted with a big smile each time I walked by the reception and got answers to the questions I had regarding Varanasi. I was given a free upgrade to the executive room midway through my stay. The hotel also arranged for transportation to the airport the day I was leaving. The location of the hotel is quite strategic since I was able to walk to (mind you that 4-5 km is what I would consider walking distance):
Sankat Mochan Temple
Banaras Hindu University
My trip to Varanasi was mostly to experience the spiritual ethos of this ancient city and I was looking for a simple, peaceful and clean accommodation - Cresent Villa met my needs and I plan on staying at this hotel should I go back to Varanasi.

The rooms they had shown on the net are different than the rooms actually. As a result you can feel deceived when you check in as it happened with me. The rooms are very small. The food was also just about ok. They have only vegetarian food and in Breakfast the choice for vegetarians is only one item.
