We reached mount Abu in noon and were searching for a cozy place to stay. After searching few hotels we found hotel Aradhana best place to rest. The main highlight of this hotel is it's clean rooms. I think there are many hotels nearby but no one beats it if we compare the cleanliness. Also the rates are reasonable. The room service is good and you get tea 24X7. Staff is always ready to help with a smile. Food quality is good if you opt to have meals in the hotel itself.

I had shortlisted this hotel from the reviews and the pics posted on Tripadvisor and it really helped me. Sometimes it becomes difficult to estimate the cleanliness etc. jst from
the pictures. However, when we reached the hotel, we were not at all disappointed with it. The location of the hotel was pretty good which is away from the hustle-bustle around the main city i.e. it is away from the Nakki Lake. The Hotel was very well maintained and very clean. Our entire family were happy with the rooms and the way it was kept. Very Very clean. However, as mentioned by someone else also, the door and the window faces the corridor which becomes a privacy issue. So one cannot keep the door open. Also the windows, although are tinted, one could easily see through. So the curtains had to be shut. The room service was excellent. Any issue, we would just call the reception and our problems were sorted out in just few minutes. The room service staff were very good.
We had been in the last week of December to Mount Abu and the weather was pretty cold. We had to ask for heaters in the room. It was for a cost charge which should actually be free of cost since it comes under the facilities / amenities which the hotel should provide for. However, we were very happy with the staff and the manager Mr.Vivek Jain. He was very accommodating and thumbs-up to him for making our stay very comfortable.
Only drawback was that we were three persons in one room. The additional mattress, bedsheet and blanket provided was not upto the mark. The bedsheets were torn, the mattresses were old and worn out. The blanket given for the additional person was a normal blanket (the brown colour ones) and not the same as given for the double bed in the room. So although the hotel takes good amount of additional charges for the additional person, the facilities for the additional person is not of good quality.

This hotel is located at peaceful area in Mount Abu. Small hotel but clean and attract with long balcony or you can say lobby out of rooms. You can enjoy hill view from here. terrace is open for customers, children can play on it. But there is no lift to go upstairs. when you come back from sight seen and your are tired, it is like punishment to go to your room through stairs.

This hotel though aesthetically located has very poor ergonomics. Climb up the stairs of the hotel and you will realize that it is a waste of money. The service is terrible and the staff will start expecting tips from you even before you are helped your way into your room. The rooms are more of a pegion nests with a bad odour. The wash rooms are unclean and only superficially washed. The linen seems to be used again and again. The room temperature is cold enough to keep you restless. And above all it cost you as a 3-star resort.
